Which should I invest in, that potentially has more growth? I know this really isn't able to be given a direct answers, but what's everyones opinion and why are they different?

To me it seems more people are interested in ETH, over LTC which seems to be the case. More investors equals more interest, and a better growth.

The current issue with Litepay has kind of turned me off of LTC, but if things work out that seems like it could be a good spike in growth as well.

I’d invest in both, just divide investment between them, like 70% of funds to ETH and 30% to LTC. Both are good for holding, but ETH has higher potential, so I’d invest more in it.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Litepay failed to launch not because of problem of technology or development. It is only about card issuers that are against crypto.

As there is a huge demand for etherium across the globe, price will eventually keep increasing. You could also make some good profit day trading ether.

The whole Litecoin and Litepay has been a bit sketchy for me. It seems way too overhyped for me personally. I'm a bit too skeptical of the price. I'd go with ethereum over Litecoin, especially right now. Sure, you may be able to get a little more profits potentially with litecoin short term if it skyrockets, but it will also crash just as fast. I'd prefer ethereum because I know it will grow gradually and much more safely than Litecoin.

It seems to me that this year both coins can bring a very big profit. If you have extra money, then you can invest in both coins. I did it for a long time.

that 2 coins was a good coin. but if i choose between the two it will be ethereum. ethereum is most trusted to LTC. eth was the second coin in bitcoin. And Many of us using eth wallet for our bounty campaign and to hold a lot of token. So i think ethereum is much better.

I am planning to use all top 3 coins in future ahead: bitcoin, litecoin, ethereum.
Litecoin features different type of things, especially transaction oriented.
Ethereum is only great option with smart contract apps (or dapps) so I can't choose one over other.

I think that in my ideal prtefeuille I would hold Litecoin AND Ethereum.
The two projects are different and all have a very big potential

Personally, I would go for LTC. I still see a lot of potential and place to grow in this coin. Despite this ETH is a solid pick too, I just prefer LTC a little bit more because it's more into payments Tongue

I think LTC will out perform ETH this year.  Mostly due to lightpay going into effect.  After the end of this year I'm switching back to ETH as it will start to out perform LTC.

Even with the failed launch of Litepay cards?

I pick ethereum as number choices because ethereum potentially goes up their price in year, have many supporters of ethereum 2018 is the chance of ethereum to increase their price into the marketplace, hoping in the half of this year price of ethereum goes into the moon.

This is a hard one to decide on. I myself have a larger position in eth however litecoin has allot of good news coming out this year and the competition eth have on the horizon in ADA EOS NEO I think litecoin might actually experience better gains lets say by 2019

Ethereum and Litecoin has gained the best investor network with its potential growth. In the recent day, when the price of bitcoin reached ath ethereum and Litecoin bumped suddenly. This marked Litecoin stay above $200 and Eth to be above $900 and now this has decreased a little. Investing on both seems to be the best.
