Both of them are still cheap if you compare them from their ATHs (All time high) price.

But really, eth has been there through thick and thin.. even nowadays, redmarket is almost everyday eth's price is still stable. not to mention it has always been the top alt coin and many ico's consider ETH too.

meanwhile ltc's price has been pumping/dumping.

So... overall I think ETH is better.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Well, I think both are big projects and they have a lot of potential. And they don't conflict with each other. Litecoin with its Litepay platform is more focused on payments, and Ethereum on the creation of projects based on its blockchain. I think both will be good long-term investments.

I think Ltc is now a dangerous project. Because he said he had sold all of his possessions. After that the prices were very low. I am uncomfortable with this situation.

Personally I would prefer Ethjereum because of requirement on it and the opportunities of making new smartcontracts. But I am absolutely sure, that in the second of the year we will see new records of the price of Bitcoin.

I think all 2 coins are good for holding. But if I need to choose only one of them it will be Ethereum. Ethereum has the best business model for use of their token.
Agree to this. Ethereum is much better than Litecoin, FOR MY OWN OPINION. Ethereum now is very useful, specially the smart contract of ethereum. There are many people now starting to use ethereum, also ethereum is really fast when you send to other address.

Dangrous for what? that doesn't make sense. Litecoin was including on the very good project. Who said that has sold all of litecoin stash? I was feeling curious about that. The latest news litecoin will try to implement lightning network and don't sound look good for you?

Whyy... Whyyyy you said that if litecoin very dangerous *lmao.

Which should I invest in, that potentially has more growth? I know this really isn't able to be given a direct answers, but what's everyones opinion and why are they different?

To me it seems more people are interested in ETH, over LTC which seems to be the case. More investors equals more interest, and a better growth.

The current issue with Litepay has kind of turned me off of LTC, but if things work out that seems like it could be a good spike in growth as well.

My honest opinion is for you to diversify between the two. Hold some eth and hold some LTC because they are two great projects that could be used by real establishments to build upon.

I prefer eth, because eth is one of the leading coins that has many functions, every payment transaction is not wrong using eth, so I am very confident that this coin will surely increase and become a very expensive coin

I would not choose between those two coins and consider both very promising in the long term. The thing we need to do is to earn from highly volatile assets and accumulate our BTC, LTC, XRP, ETH. But of course my main choice is BTC and I am sure it will shot its power very soon!

Personally, I prefer to invest with Ethereum. I already believe in this coin and I am sure Ethereum will be a step coin with an expensive price in the future. I put so much hope with Ethereum.

in my view, the potential coin compared to ETH AND LTC is obviously  ETH because of smart contracts we can develop more new innovative coins in blockchain space

Both have good growth in the future. Both of which have different goals, ethereum as ico platform providers who have smart contracts, while litecoin as the virtual currency for payment. I have no doubt both and I have hold both for future investments.
LTC and ethereum will both good but I've prefer for those coins that has a bigger value and lighter future now a days. We've seen that ethereum has more triumph and it's more challenging when it bounds the coins.ph it means a lot for me that this one would be more attractive in future. Such bitcoin does.

There is no doubt that I will invest in eth, eth circulate more extensively compared to ltc now, many of the project ico are using eth, so people are more willing to buy it, this is my point of view. Smiley

If you can manage make an investment for both that would be much better. Both have. convincing reason to put your money but it is just for long term. Long time will be your hindrance.

I still think ETH is the best to invest since the price is going down now I think is time to buy and invest on ETH and wait till the price pump up again.

Both crypto-currencies are quite old, and they show different results on separate time intervals. I would have taken ETH all the same.

If you were forcing me to choose I would go with Eth. Although I don't think they are competing coins. Unless litecoin start hosting smart contracts and become an ICO platform. For the time being however I'm definitely in the ethereum.

ETH for me. Its been doing well since last year from around $200 and look at it now. As for LTC, I don't have any of it on my port actually but based on its price it done a great job last December because most of the investors pumps up the value of the altcoins and BTC.

Here you are right. I believe that both of these coins are good in their own way. Of course, the Etherium has more chances to make x2-x3 .... But here's everyone's business, what to invest in.
