The system won't accept a stake amount that would constitute less than 0.02% of the total staking pool - this is just to avoid lots of very small staking amounts creating unnecessary computation and a multitude of small staking payouts.

The actual number is dynamic of course, based on what all the other stakers have staked at the time you attempt your adjustment - so it seems like the overall stakes increased high enough that 0.02% of the total now represents around 1 mBTC (becoming the current minimum stake amount).

the funny thing that I haven't logged in for a while , maybe over  a month
then I decide to log in I see the 403 error and my first thought was : oh yet another lottery site bit the dust

when I withdrew my coins ( BTC) it was almost instant , just had to wait for the confirmations
but they were having some server issues some time ago , hopefully you will get your money in no time
although I saw people post their withdrawals were cancelled due to multiaccounting and abuse , so I guess it is different from case to case

Apologies for the delay with it, but where the amounts are large and it is significantly higher than the deposit amount (as in this case) we currently have a manual review process in place, which can sometimes take a while especially on a Sunday when things get very busy on the withdrawals. We are working on more automation for this review process so soon even the biggest withdrawals will be instant.
