Trading crptocurrency is not as easy as it seems. You don't just buy the dip and sell it, you have to understand the volatility of the market and learn from reading a lot. Yes it is pretty normal because that's a lot of money. The only you thing to do now is just to be patient and wait for the market to recover because the next is the bullrun. Right now don't do anything don't panic sell. Just don't look at your portfolio, just get busy return in the month of April or May.

If you're a day trader or short seller and don't know what you are doing then you'll probably lose. Educated yourself in trading cryptocurrency. Trading is a very risky financial activity. You need to learn how to do a technical analysis and fundamental analysis. Be observant about news and progress. And also set a stop loss. I also lose $400 from my $2000 trade, if I didn't put stop loss, the value of the asset would be $1200 already.

how can it happen it seems you have not been able to analyze the market conditions and conditions of the existing charts, should you study the graphics and do not get too passionate.

But the point is - all these experts are experts only on raising market. And then they keep silent.

Dont worry mate, you are not alone. Take it as a leason and just stop the trading part of investing...
Buy when low and hold until you think the value is high enough... If you turn out to be wrong and it goes down you also need to be able to sell even though its a loss. I see all invested money in crypto as gone either way.. so then I dont get disapointed when things dont go as planned. But to do that you cant really invest any money which you cant afford to loss..

13k$ is lot money. trading is 100% risk activity. you have to be patient. I have also lost 2500 investing on Sia coin. but i learnt from it. best thing is you have to invest according to a research.

if you always suffer a loss in trading, then I suggest that you find another job in bitcoin besides trading, maybe you do not have the talent to trade. But before you move to work, try your search again the science of trade, maybe the strategy you use is not good, but if you are afraid to lose again, then try to find another job that you mastered.

I always advice people that ask me that you only go for projects that already has a working prototype or at least a minimum viable product before investing. Most of the time, these are the companies that are worthy of investments or atleast won't scam.
