Trading isnt that as easy thing like buying at the dips and selling at the peaks,theres a lot of things to consider,technical and fundamental analysis should be also considered,you might need to learn the basic technical analysis because it can save your ass from getting rekt from your trades.I have been studying technical indicators for 2months and i have been trading for about a week and today i have 30% gains since last week.Swing trading in a 4hr chart is my trading style you should know yourself which type of person are you? so that your trading style would fit to your personality.

I'm thinking you use a lot of stop losses. The thing I have against swing trading in crypto is that you will make gains very easily - until the next crash wipes out everything. In 10 trades it just takes 1 red line all the way down to catch you unawares.

If you lost such an amount of money the real problem is in you, i am very sorry for saying that but what if whole world start investing and 90% complaint for losing their money and want it back and you are creating your own project, would you return the money to them? I didn't think so. So start learning how to invest and when and how to get out or maybe trading is not for you.

you have to help yourself, be nice about starting from now on. try to find a lot of knowledge and experience that involves on crypto. after you understand and have enough experience. you will know the next step that you will do.

I'm sorry for you but don't think anyone can help get your money back. This is precisely why you do your own research and invest in coins you thoroughly research and believe in. In a downturn, you will feel better hodling and don't need to rely on other's advise, which is mostly to their best interest and not in your best interest.

i feel you buddy, I've  been run out of all my assets in the past too. it was also my fault that time had not skills trade but immediately play trading without good basic trading. from that mistake I realizel to stay up and think positive. Every disaster will bring wisdom.
re learning from the beginning my friend, do not give up. and do not be afraid to start again. by the right way. figure out a basic trading and crypto science from eeverywhere you can find. pro trader, forum trader, youtube ... etc. i wish you get back your own way to gain your lost money asap. goodluck

This is really a difficult situation for someone who has lost this much amount of money while doing trading. After suffering this much of the loss, the only thing which you need to do is to sit back calmly and relax.

You need not to worry or panic about anything as you will surely be able to recover what all you have lost and that you can only do by staying in this field of trading in the near future.

I never dared to put so much money in one go, even if I put it in, I also scattered to a lot of coins above.

It's hard to earn the money back for u have already lost it by urself. U should observe urself to check ur weakness. Suggestion in the trading is not helpful. If u want earn the money, bounty campaign is a good choice.

Not only you but many people are in this storm of cryptourrency fluctuations where many of making loss but many of them are making huge profit .
So here you just need to have two things mainly , always keep patience to in your mind that you will sell your altcoins at high price and will never sell at low price because that way you will loss your money .
Second thing that you should keep in your mind is that you should not buy any coin directly without analysis. Buy only that coin whose price comes at low than at what price it should be and also that coin Should be have better potential in this cryptourrency market and also coin should be famouse so that the coin can get back easily in pump .
In this way you can save yourself more from trading more dump loss of cryptourrency market in which coins you putted your money .

Ohh this must be hard!! The sum of money you have lost is huge, not sure if you can regain it anytime soon. You need to learn some basic trading analysis before you jump into this or else at least rely on trading signals from some experienced crypto analysts. You could also look for some premium paid services giving profitable trading signals on telegram.
