At the moment is most of the coins down. Just HODL for few more months and you will be fine. Crypto is just at the beginning!

Trading is nat that easy, did you trade without studying? Or did you trade without looking at the white paper of the coin you are investing? Many traders lost their money because of their emotions and lacking knowledge about that certain coin. You can look for a job to get your money back if you think trading is not for you or, you can invest again and gamble your money in crypto world.

really trading is not easy. should really be able to analyze the market well and should be able to predict future prices. if the market is not mastered and not even able to read charts of price movements can be sure it will be a loss. that's a big risk in the crypto world.

There is so much garbage/scam stuff out there it's hard to trust anything.  There are scam ICOs, scam exchanges, hacker/manipulation threats...and even if you're working with a project that doesn't have that stuff going on, you still have to deal with the volatility of the market.  I've reduced my risk by limiting my investment to only what I can mine, earn with my time (apps/bounty/etc), and being very conservative with any amount of exchange I think is worth pursuing.   Better luck in the future and good luck to everyone trying to make something happen in this fledgling market.

You also know no one will refund your money unless you start buying more coins and wait.

The reason you lost that big is that you never research what you are investing
jumping right in the boat without knowing where its heading is the biggest mistake you will ever take in your intire life
same as crypto, you have to make sure you have the knowledge or even idea what the coin you are invest on are doing
does they have any product or solution that can offer to the market, who are the person inside the organization

Seriously? You dont need to trade all of your money. You will lose big. You should diversify all your money and all will follow. In Trading, you should have the  knowledge and you need to  control your emotion.

Probably one of the most plausible ways is to buy one Bitcoin and wait until its value can give you a refill to recover your losses.
Trading again will only add to your losses.

Well it happen that you have learn a hard lesson from trading crypto currency. And I strongly believe that you have realise each of the mistake you have made while trading.
