I think this is not possible to reach the price up to 400$ again .Because the price of ETH now are 677$ almost 33$ only to reach the 400$ price of ETH .But  No one can really predict what price will any coin or token increase or drop on a certain time. Cryptocurrency price depends on market demand, and there's a lot of factors affecting it to be manipulated by only just news. It's better just to stay safe.
