Our way of protecting against the reduction of the token price.

The market of cryptocurrencies has high volatility and investors
have to carefully select the object of their contribution.

The history of ico-projects knows not a few cases when at one rate
of the Etherium the investor purchased the project investing $ 1000,
and after ico its share decreased twice. Or when the project's token
listed on the exchange and collapsed in price on the background
of bad news.

The TransCrypt team and we want our investors to be exposed to
as few risks as possible. That is why we have developed a strategy
for protecting against the reduction of the token price.

20% of each purchased token will be sent to the formation of a
special fund. The fund will consist of various popular cryptocurrencies
to average their overall rate.

Also, every 3 months, 10% of net profit of TransCrypt will be added
to the fund in the cryptocurrency. The fund will not be available
for withdrawal.

After 12 months, the fund will be thawed and owners of TSR tokens,
if necessary, will be able to exchange them for cryptocurrency.

The info about volume of the cryptocurrency stored in the fund
will be available to owners of TSR tokens, so you can always count
on what part of the fund you pretend.

After 24 months, the fund will end to exist, and the funds
remaining in the fund will be transferred to the company.

Thus, owners of TSR tokens can choose not only between keeping
tokens or selling them on the exchange, but also the ability
to exchange their tokens for a share in the reserve fund TransCrypt.

20% TSR will be allocated for the team, the advisors and company bounty. At least 90% of this amount will be frozen by a smart-contract for 24 months without right of re-sale. A part of those TSR (but no more than 5%) will be allocated to advisors without right of re-sale for 6 months. Up to 5% of the amount will be allocated to subcontractors and participants of the bounty campaign, without limitations.
