There you can ask anything about project or anything you want to ask, otherwise bounty distribution will be start after EINC exchange listing.

That's the problem with ICO team, after they got the money they are nowhere to be found but on the channel where they can bann users.

Well I haven't face this kind of problem so far but if we ask about exchange again and again then they will ban us for asking same question.
Otherwise Bitcointalk is a best place to ask anything about project because they can't ban us here. I think you should talk with TG channel admin.

You can use your old ethereum address, but do it in the wallet of the Eink. But for security reasons I would create a new address, in order not to take risks

What some people do with their tokens and coins is up to them. Some sell and some buy when coins hit exchanges. If noone ever sold then there would not be any coins to be bought either. Solid and great project is not dependant on how many sell their initial coins, but rather how well that project is developed and followthrough as time goes by.

From what I've read on their Telegram Group. "Airdrop / Bounty ETI reward distribution will be after exchange listing and Exchange listing will be in August, 2018 (tentative)".
The important word there is "tentative" which basically means could happen anywhere from August or after 5 years

Not just the bounty hunters but the miners as well. 
eInc team cannot do anything about it but let it pass and hopes that the buyers will out number the huge amount of sellers so that it's token price continues to soar rather than plummet.
BTW, there is no "normal crypto market", just a "crypto market". If it goes up or down is still the same market.

The bounty program and other incentives are there for a reason, removing them in general would hurt the Ico's.

As far as I heard, there is no exact date of distribution. It is known only that the distribution will be after listing on the exchange. Listing is planned for this month.

From what I've read on their Telegram group. Once the token is listed on any exchanges, they will distribute the bounties as well as the airdrop.
Exchange listing for ETI is scheduled within this month of August, 2018. (I might be wrong tho)
