Maybe it's time to start complaining to the FTC about this Mail order type scam.
R7 is Bitmine order# 2237, send over an email to Bitmine and double check.
The last communication received from them was asking if we would like to receive the units or wait for a refund.
I'm still waiting for a refund from your company Thomas! It's been more then 6 months now.
We have an legal agreement and Minersource aka Miner Hosting LLC keeps ignoring it and even tried to send me 6 month old useless miners
after the order was cancelled.
On April 11, 2014
"1. A refund request is final. We will not accept to reinstante your order if you change your mind later.
2. As per agreed terms and conditions of sale, we are not obliged to issue you with a refund and this delay is acceptable. However, we are doing our best to keep everyone happy and we'll issue the refund.
3. To cover time used to refund this order, for each transfer needed to be made, we will charge 20 USD [Or BTC Equiv at spot price] and all 3rd party fees.
If you have paid in fiat (USD),Please provide us with your complete bank details and we will be doing our best to send your money back within 2-3 weeks."
