Depend on many factors - at least i would say if you are a newbie, don't start investing in ICOs, cause 50% of them are scams and with no experience how the cryptoworld works (also the dark side) you will loose money and got a bad feeling with crypto.

Better looking for coins to invest in, you can gain the same and it's easier to find the right ones.

The time doesn't matter a lot. The important things you must remember about trying to do a deep research about the potential of ico itself. I've invested in zilliqa, credits, and lala. And as the result, i made more than 36x from my initial investment. Only try to join in those icos which have promising future. But do any research becomes mandatory for you.

I don't see any relation about time and investing on ICO's. It is all about the project. If you said and believe that the ICO where you participated has a great future then you should not regret because it usually happens. Crazy fundraising during last year ICOs is ending. Big correction of BTC cleared out market from people who are for quick buck. So does happen for ICOs. Hopefully, now people are smarter while investing into ICOs. I'd put money in well known altcoin rather than investing in risky ICO.

That's right. I think people miss out on researching and checking the background of the ICOs they are investing in. Also, timing is critical in terms of when you should cash out a coin or token born from an ICO. I have read an suggestion that ICO-born tokens or coins should be traded or held up to a max of six months with some few exceptions because most of them tend to have a high price after ICO, but then, would dwindle down after around six months. Therefore, you should really be smart when to get rid of the coins for profit.

Wow, what? 36x your investment? I tried to find ICO prices of those coins vs highest prices - ok ZIL was around 16x, Credits maximum 4x and I dont see Lala anywhere yet...are you sure about this 36x incredible number?? Correct me if I am wrong....
