According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

...

Yeah Equihash is my favourite NVidia algo. I've got a bunch of 1070's mining BTCZ at 100w and averaging 4.2 sols/w. Pretty happy with that.

Seahawk, a question please: I've tuned my 1070 Ti and set power limit to 126 W, I get 4.2 - 4.4 Sol/Ws and a hashrate of 430 h/s without OC.
With overclocking (200/1200) I reach 515/530 h/s. What are your results.
Many thanks for a reply.

That is on DSTM miner I guess. Been using Bminer lately with PIMP o/s ... at 110W same OC as you, 4.6+ Sol/W ~ 515 Sols/s - 9 x 1070ti doing 4600 Sol/s.

Thank you so much for your numbers and especially for your advice about bminer! I love bminer ...

8 x 1070 Ti tuned - power limit set to 126 W and 200/1300 OC

how should Bminer bat file look like if i would like to mine something on suprnova?

can any1 paste their own miner bat files?

How does BitcoinZ (BTCZ) compare to BitcoinPrivate (BTCP)? As far as I know, both of them are using zero knowledge proofs (ZK-SNARKS) to generate private (anonymous) transactions. There must be a difference, so which one is that? And why do you think BitcoinZ is superior?

What is the problem with recovery phrase in different BTCZ wallets?

The recovery phrase seems to work differently in every available wallet of the BTCZ community:

At https://mybitcoinzwallet.com/

The recovery phrase accepts only 64 characteres

At https://coinomi.com/recovery-phrase-tool.html

It accepts different legths for recovery phrase: (
However, when I put my Android Wallet Recovery Phrase, it yields a different Extended Public Key, and shows none of the address I of my Android Wallet.

At Android Wallet it is 12 words in length

I cannot see the private keys of the public address with funds.
Some guys reporting they cannot recover wallet even using the same recovery phrase.

At Coinomi Wallet is accepts the 12 words of my Android Wallet

However, I cannot the funds that I have in my Android Wallet.
I set a password for my Andoid Wallet to test if it would make any difference, but did not!!!

While I cannot recover my wallet with the same recovery phrase in all available wallets it is unsafe to use it!!!

To make it safer please, allow us do dump the private keys of every public address of the Andoid Wallet!!!

Andoid wallet works greatly as long as it do not need to be recovered.

But if this issue do not be solved, there will be BTCZ funds losses for they who rely upon Android Recovery Phrase system!!!

Why would official Android and Coinami wallets have compatible 12 word phrases?  Try the 12 words in another android device with the same android wallet app.

if you want to recreate the wallet you need the private keys of each address in that wallet. at least that is what i understand from blockchain.

I thought BIP39 recovery phrase employed by both wallets should work the same way and be compatible to different wallets.

But If I could at least get the the Private Key from my Andoid public address where I have funds, that would be more than ok. Because I know that I can recover it in my pc wallet!!!!

Without access to the private keys it is not safe!!!!

I would like to ask something to the Dev !  (I hope they'll answer me personnally Smiley )
I've listened to the live stream
Community Meeting from 3/11/2018

In case anyone missed it!  The live stream is archived here:  https://youtu.be/Ap-wo3C7_j8

Topics covered:

  • eCommerce
  • News
  • Exchanges
  • Hash Lottery
  • And more!

And a part of the stream concerned the donation made to speed up the project's progression.
As we don't know exactly how much you need, and to avoid giving you too much for nothing, I would like to know if you can create a progression bar with the quantity you need as you made when you need btcz to pay the exchange taxe. And also a brief description why you need this quantity of btcz.
To me, it will help to know what you really need and I think much more people will give you btcz like this.

It's my opinion but I'm sure I will help you more on the financial needed in this case.

Sorry for my french-english Smiley

Daily trading volume of Bitcoin Z decreased gradually (as you can see through the following chart).
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoinz/
I hope that this one is strong signal for next exponential growth in the next few months.

You hope will fail. It's just a signal that the coin is dying. Look at the Zcash roadmap. There is a serious development, and all these useless clones are not needed by anyone. They can not bring anything new.

Now there will start to carry every nonsense, that here 20% of Zcah go to the developers - who already has any difference how the coins are distributed?  Let it be better that 20% go to the development, than most of the coins accumulate in the hands of the scammers and wait for all the scams of the action as it was with the Zcl.

The android wallet is a fork of the copay wallet. A quick Google search of "copay wallet private key" yields this link: https://support.bitpay.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003898246-How-do-I-get-the-private-key-from-my-BitPay-or-Copay-wallet-
