Oh I can see a lot of masternodes now are inactive or expired, so do some with new-start required. I suggest that some of the core team need to do something, instead of waiting for Dev recovery.

Personally, Ultima community should  implement the fork first, then ask for donation funds to list in Crypto Bridge exchange.

Agree on this, because in this world is better to don't trust anyone. First atleast do the fork, then you can ask for donations for CB listing..
Btw i have a feeling that probably they will never raise money for the listing, i'm almost sure of it.

Forking should be implemented, but as you suggested the community who will take over the project and make a fork should have plans, detailed ones for developmental process after the fork.

That should be the way it works. If they first get listed and then fork it is much more work also for the exchanges.

Why? i mean, ok they could lie cause they are not the original team, but why it is so impossible that opther people create another coins/project from an old dead coin like ultima? If will be true, would be awesome!

You guys don't even read anymore the messages Ultima team has left, we already said it many times, but the new team is trying to do a fork and to get listed on cryptobridge. To do that, they need 0.5 btc total, as CB asking for that to make a fork and list the new coin.
