Can Governments Kill Bitcoin?

No, it can not be done, but it can not be eliminated. In big countries such as Russia, America, business from Bitcoin has started to be made, which makes its digital currency, but I believe that bitcoin will not be able to stop the currency because bitcoin is already owned and Spreads around the world

Bitcoin is a famously dececentralized cryptocurrency, I think the government can  stop or kill bitcoin like China.but is was so difficult. because many people against government decisions if they try to kill bitcoin operation

This is quite possible and in general the most likely scenarios for the future. When a country comes to accept some crypto currency for its official currency, I am 100% convinced that it will not be a BTC, but it will be one created by the government.

I think governments can not kill bitcoin or cryptocurrency at all , but they could make a lot of problems for bitcoin and for cryptocurrency also with bad regulations , ban cryptocurrency at all or big taxes and etc.

Yes government can kill bitcoin. But in my own opinion they did not replace it on other cryptocurrency. Like in Phillipines I think our government cannot afford to have another own cryptocurrency and if Philippine government kill bitcoin the main reason of this criminality because I read some news that many of netizen are being a victim of investment scam that use the name of bitcoin. And other reason is bitcoin can affect the flow of money in the country. And I think other country kill bitcoin on other reason not to replace it on other cryptocurrency because their value their own currency as a trademark of their country.

The recent days hard regulations into implementation were to eliminate the usage of bitcoin from different levels. This is an impossible task, because even after hard opposition it has got more support from institutional levels making it grow forward and spread the good associated with it.

it is impossible for the government to kill the use bitcoin because there are so many people and community that protects it from people that are trying to kill the bitcoin and like these pas day they only spread fud news and other stuff to scare people but the fact that the bitcoin community is strong and getting stronger than ever before.

Yes they can. They have the ability to stop bitcoin. Just like what happened to other countries were bitcoin was banned, the bitcoin users doesn't have a choice but to just let go of their coin or they will lose it. Imagine if all the countries banned bitcoin. We have no other choice but to follow the government. It will be a hard task for them but they can do it. China has done it already.

I hope its not because if bitcoin will kill by government how about other people who will used bitcoin to buy their needs and foods. Because government cant give the job for the other people so they used bitcoin to sustain their daily needs.

As far as I know government of every countries has a power to control or to destroy bitcoin because government they can ban bitcoin, they can discourage people by spreading negative news about bitcoin but for sure they cannot stop the people who believe in this technology.

How could they kill bitcoin ? When bitcoin just released every government told that is fake scam and illegal just remember but they didn't kill that because its decentralization system , you need to kill all miners and holders to kill bitcoin

Governments in any countries could not kill bitcoin because the maker of it is the only one who can kill and destroy bitcoin and make it dissappear. Why do they need to kill bitcoin if their economy will benefit from it? Governments can only prohibit bitcoin but it will never destroy crypto like bitcoin.

If the BTC can be killed, BTC would have been destroyed a few years ago. Instead, I think BTC can exist for decades.

I agree with you, bitcoin can't be killed. They can crashed it as they say but they could not kill it. The popularity of bitcoin is on the steady rise and it is just a matter of time before countries will realized the benefits that bitcoin brings.

It is way too complicated than the US, Russia and other countries think. They cant easily kill or desecrate bitcoin per se. As a matter of fact, these countries can create their own cryptocurrency but they cannot get rid of bitcoin since the latter is already established.

I don't think so that government can kill bitcoin because as far as I know bitcoin is still the strongest cryptocurrency up to this day and even in the future. As I observe a lot of countries banned bitcoin but still bitcoin stands firm. So bitcoin will still be the tough coin ever no matter what government can do do to end it.

For me, government can eliminate Bitcoin only in a particular country or place. However, it
will never be dead in a world full of digital system, unless all networks all over the world
have been shut down.

On the other side, if you imagine when government and bitcoin community will join forces
to improve the quality of life in the society. I think the world become somehow better and
productive.

They cannot kill bitcoin, to kill bitcoin you would have to kill the internet and remove it from existenc because wherever there is internet, there will always be bitcoin.

That is a big NO. Bitcoin is not established on a policy that any government can kill. Government cannot even regulate its price. Let's all be calm and cool minded. Cryptocurrencies have come to stay and stay permanent.
