Both of them will come as profit . real estate prices are ever growing with time and so is the case with bitcoin . if you want some surety and want to play bit safe invest in real state but if you want to take as risk and have some time to get some huge profits you must invest in bitcoin or in some other potential crypto currency . This is the thing with bitcoin that it gives most profit to those who wait.

Real estates prices are not ever growing, that happens just with great locations.
On many locations prices of real estates are going down. In real estate business
you enter only if you are very rich, like that you can choose location.
Bitcoin do not ask for big investments. That is the reason why people find Bitcoin
attractive anyone can buy with any money, you do not need to be rich to start with
Bitcoins. Bitcoin is just a beginning, after Bitcoin I saw so many other coins, great
projects, and if I have more money I would invest in crypto-currencies not in real
estates.
More waiting is the thing with most investments, more you wait most likely you
will have more profit, if you chose good location for real estate, Bitcoin or some
other coin.

BIG WINNER!
[15.00000000 BTC]

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

Well, any experienced investors out there will surely advice you to invest also on real estates and not focus only on the crypto world which is something that is really random. Some might even advice you to split all your investments into equal amounts. But either way, I really do think that diversification and great decision making is really what makes people become successful in this world. Although good traits like hard work and so much more are also really vital to becoming successful, I pretty much think that these two is something that one must not lack if he wants to be successful in anything he does.

Btc and real estate, which is not to be dropped.Although there is a difference between the two in investment, there isn't much difference in profit.Btc and real estate are two-long time investment. However,in the case of real estate, the price is in the recession for a long time and also stable. But in the case of Btc,the price is volatile and it's up and down.

I strongly agree with you.It is necessary to realize them when they reach the profits in certain quantities. You can set a limit yourself.

I would go with investing on BTC and investing the profits earned from bitcoin into other crypto currencies listed on top. You can choose, ETH, NEO, Mark, Dash, Litcecoin and of course Bitcoin. Real estate is not at its peak now. But you can yes obviously invest in Real Estate. The profit is for sure. But the profit is more when moving on o cryto currencies.

My two cents:
Don't invest in shares. They are a bigger bubble than anything else out there. Wait a few years till the stock bubble has burst before buying shares.

If you can buy real estate without incurring much debt, then do it. Everyone needs to live somewhere, and making sure you have your shelter secure should be a priority for everyone.

Keep some money in cash in case the bitcoin price drops and you want to buy some at a bargain price.
I agree, in the shares to invest do not need, history shows that happened is no longer once with stock markets and how fell stock prices. If you want to correctly to invest their funds, then create a diversified portfolio to minimize the risk. Known investor George Soros said deal with the purchase of real estate best in crisis, when the price of all the real estate falls to indecent low cost. Invest in cryptocurrency, they are developing huge rate and they can bring profit so much, what do not bring you none other investment tool. leave a certain amount of bitcoin, as this is our future and after some time you in this make sure.

For guaranteed earning invest in real estate but for potentially huge earning with a loss factor in mind then invest in btc
If you have so much extra money that you can afford to lose then invest in btc

Diversification would be a smart approach. You could invest part of the profits you make with bitcoin into another form of investment, such as real estate.

This is really a good strategy of yours, if you want to play more safer, i prefer to choose your first idea. Get the 50% of your profit in bitcoin and invest it into real state for more safer and stable income, but investing to real state is quiet expensive and you need to draw a big amount of money to start.

What I feel is the difference lies only when it comes to;whether this is stable or not. Like bitcoins they never stay at one value, doesn’t matter wherever they are. But in real estate prices are variable tough but still these prices are not much oriented to divert at such high rate as that of bitcoins. They are changing but with much slow movement. Still both are fantastic to be invested in.

I prefer to invest in real estate, because it really becomes a very long investment, and will be more profitable. but for the moment, I do not have so much money, so I use bitcoin to make my money grow.

I’m a believer of portfolio diversification, if given a chance I will invest both in BTC and Real Estate. But if I have to choose one only I would prefer the BTC because ROI for BTC is much bigger than Real Estate.

If you have income from the real estate the most logical thing to do is budget your earnings to BTC, personal spending, and hoard a limited amount of fiat in order to have buying power in case there’s an opportunity happens.

Indeed Bitcoin is profitable as an investment. But for me, I think real estate investment are still better. Given that it is legal to most of the countries(depends on what kind of investment), it is less risky compared to any cryptocurrency investment including Bitcoin due to volatility of cryptos in the market. The profit on stocks might nit be as big as in crypto but it is way safer.

if you have money to afford investing in real states then invest on it. don't bet your money on bitcoin, bitcoin is very volatile you will lose if you don't know how the market works. atleast on real state the price doesn't go down.

I would say invest in both. Though you'll be more secure in real estate because prices will surely rise and will not drop but the capital is so huge plus the returns is for long terms.
It is the beauty of bitcoin that it use to rise high if once it decrease then it is sure to see the price high someday but we will have to wait and let the red market to turn green again, it is good to choose bitcoin for you and not need to use more than one kind of investment as it is best choice and you will not have to make more investments if you have bitcoin you should be confident for the high amount of profit because it will grow so high.

Real estate investment is safe but it is expensive and you can not make a short time profit on this investment you have to wait for a long time to make a good profit. If you choose bitcoin you can make a short time profit and there is no limit you can invest how much you can possible but the thing is bitcoin investment is more risky.

Based on few years experience with BTC and real estate, i would spread my investment on the two evenly, i mean 50:50.

Yes if you ask me then i would say that you need to invest in BTC at least as a part of your capital. Even real estate company is also a good one to invest and share the investment to diversify the risk. You can invest in any company you want but see that the company is having strong fundamental supporting it with strong technical pattern confirming it as a good investment pick for you. Try to invest only small profit part at first and then you can scale it up on profits.
