Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

Bitcoin weakness as a means of investment is a sudden decline and price increase.
I think you can make a profit through Cryptocurrency, it may be risky if all your money is put on Cryptocurrency.
My suggestion should you put some of your wealth into Cryptocurrency and do Cryptocurrency management as well as possible and if you succeed, then you can invest the proceeds from Bitcoin profits on real estate.
This will give you multiple benefits.

I prefer to invest in real estate compared to Bitcoin because real estate investment is safer and the value of every year goes up. Although Bitcoin is more beneficial but at risk I prefer a safe one.

From my perspective, both kind of investment have its own risks. Bitcoin's prices can fluctuate significantly and sometime can make you regret buying it but after all, if you can patiently wait, its price will surely grow and you can make a fortune out of it. Meanwhile, real estate seems to be the safer investment but it does come with risks. As the demand for buying lands, at least in my country, has the trend of decreasing, the price of land is going down as well. And here there is a high chance of government taking our lands away and returning only a small amount of money compared to their real values.

Incorporating both as an investment I think it's a wise decision, if it's true your capital invests enough in both.
because both are equally profitable investments that existed in this century.

I prefer to invest to bitcoin rightnow than real estate because the price of bitcoin has a low value in the market. So it means if you invest right now it has a big chance of earning more profit when it increase it's price this coming months or at the end of the year. So it is better to put some of your investments to try how it make your investments grow after the end of the year.

Your idea is good. Aside from investing on btc it's would also be helpful to you if you manage or properly handle your money. Investing on btc is really a risk but the payback could be big. Also, investment on real estate is a risk but the results is assurance. You can guarantee that once you tried to invest on estates. In btc, there are still some instances where you can or cannot recover your capital.

I would like in near future to get some percent of my bitcoin earnings and start to invest them slightly in a real estate for me to live

That is a nice idea if you want to have the house to live, else btc or any other crypto currency at present is the better idea to invest so that you can make the best rerun available anywhere and thus make some good money for yourself and then buy the property or invest in real estate.

Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

                Or just do nothing and wait?

if you already have some bitcoin you should sell one or two coins for us to use in other investments like real estate. why should we invest in another business because we do not know cryptocurrency will last till when? real estate is a good investment option. because the value of buildings and land every year always go up.

Its good choice if we can divide our investment to reducing risk on our investment. Bitcoin and properties is good long term investment but in property its hard to make profits until 100% a years.
Property is safe investment and i think it will give moderate return and bitcoin is high risk and can give high yield

Not true that real estate or property investment will always go up overtime, you need to read an article about property bubble, things that have value could deflate or inflate just depending on the market but I guess it's not wrong to invest some piece of your cryptocurrency into property since it's also have functional means for living place, so yeah, that's fine.

For me Bitcoin is best option because real state full of hurdles and headache of paper work to be landlord some time you buy land many owners claim and goes to disputue finally you waste time and money.If you trade in Bitcoin you will gain more as compare to realstate maturity.People think that they earn alotbin real state after couple of years but dont know money also lose value due to course of time,I would recommend Bitcoin trading amd holding will allow handsome profit in short time.

If you will do trading then that $200 that you invested can give you a profit that is over $10,000 and that is a possible thing because there is a lot of altcoins in the market that you can trade and you can make at least 10% per day which you can do compounding to reach up to or even more than $10,000.

Keeping the risk factor in the mind, I will tell you to have good side business be it the real estate and some property business and gain a strong financial status. Once you are in good financial status, you will be able to invest in crypto freely without having to worry about the risk and the red market. This is the only way you can survive in the crypto market without having to affect your daily life.

invest in btc because with 3d printing prices of real estates are going to srink drastically !

If you google you will find that it will be easy to build a home worth 4k usd using 3d printer in future

This is really interesting so in the future the technology of 3d printers will allow us to print houses as well, that is incredible, but even if you could do that you will still need land to place that home so it is possible that houses become incredibly cheap but the land becomes very expensive, anyway it is still going to take sometime before that happens so investing in real estate is still a good idea.

I think it's good to invest in bitcoin because if you wait the price increase of bitcoin you can earn 10x or more than you expect. While in real state you can have a big income too but not as bitcoin income. That can bring to us a good future.

Good and bad time comes everywhere which depends on your luck too, If you are unlucky to earn profit then even the price of real estate will drop as in some places it happened. When the good time will come then the price of bitcoin will start to increase and every investor will get a high profit much more than the real estate profit.
