Starting real estates from the scratch needs some monumental efforts unlike bitcoin. You can start with as little as $100 and still have a good short at bitcoin investment. I doubt you can do same with real estate investment.

if in my opinion it's both great for our money and mutual benefit too. but if in bitcoin it is very quick to get a huge profit from the investment in the real world.
If i just have a lot of money i will also invest in real estate because investing in real estate is also a wise thing to do and real estate can also help a lot of people to be rich in the future, but now i will still choose to invest in bitcoin. Yes bitcoin is the best choice for investment because its price is increase day by day and that's why it will give you a lot of profit so you can any physical business for those people who cannot join bitcoin by their uneducated so you can provide best work for them and that's why they will earn much more money, so investment in bitcoin will very beneficial for your aim. |

In my town needs at least $ 20,000 to invest in real estate and for now I do not have that much money so for now I focus on bitcoin invest, I'm sure that with $ 200 then one day I can earn a profit of over $ 10,000.
For me both investing in bitcoin and in real estate is good investment to do because we can definitely earn a big amount of money in both bitcoin and real estate but my advice is it is still better to invest in bitcoin because investing in real estate requires a big amount of money. Both are very good but I suppose since we are here most of us will choose bitcoin over real estate and I think that is the right choice, I really believe we are going to see an economic crisis in the next decade and when that happens the value of real estate goes down we do not know exactly what will happen to bitcoin but I think it will do the opposite and go up and if that happens that will be the perfect opportunity to convert your bitcoin to real estate. I would still prefer to invest in Bitcoin right now rather than in Real estate but if given the chance that I would have so much money to invest with, then I'll also invest some of In a real estate as it is okay to maximize the money that we do have right now and not just keeping it in our bank. That is my strategy as well, investing in real estate is fine but you need a lot of money, while investing in cryptocurrencies you can invest whatever you can afford and if you are patient the rewards you can get out of it are bigger than real estate and any other investment and if you got big enough profits you can then invest in real estate and diversify your investments in that way. |

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit I’ve made on crypto) into something real?! Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year). Should I Spend all my BTC on that shares? Spend small (profit) part? Or just do nothing and wait?  ?! I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations! You should depend on how you'll handle things. As you've said, you will buy a real estate company to make profit from it yearly so you're being startegic. You can also try investing on bitcoin while doing those things so that you can earn more profit as time passes by. Just always make sure you'll have a good time management. |

it's up to you because only you can control your finances, if bitcoin prices are currently down and unprofitable then it does not matter if you move in real estate as long as it will provide profit for you, but you have to think again about the profit you will get if you hold bitcoin and bitcoin will increase again

It's really hard to determine which investment is better, as real estate investments could be counted for low risk investments, as they have an history of keeping their value and usually go up at the long run.
While bitcoin is maybe count as an asset but I assume that we can say it is a high risk investment.
It's price tends to go up and down really frequently and you shouldn't put money that you can't afford to lose in that because you need to be prepared to lose it.
I think you don't need to determine if what you want to invest are better, i suggest that bitcoin is always the best in terms of investment, because in the short period of time you will earn easily a profit, you just only to wait for the price if it will high or low. Real estate and btc are both they have a risk, but now btc is the best investment and profitable. |

I’d recommend you to spend some part of your BTC. If you want to buy real estate, then go for it, and if you are planning to buy a share of a promising company, it’s even better! I’m sure it’s a good investment. It’s always better to split your finances.

I think both of them are really good for investment, I can't compare which one will be the best, I advise you to go for both of them, I mean by investing in both of them if you can arrange that, and if you want so much to buy some real estate then go for it, I am sure it will make a huge profit later.. as the value of the estate will increase in the future if you choose the right place.

put our money in some basket , make us have different result from our invesment.we can take medium yield on real estate with relative small risk.mean while we have to put some our money in high risk invesment such as bitcoin and crypto. |

Nothing is without risk and it's way better to divide risk ( try not to put all eggs in one basket). IMO, dividing between bitcoin and real estate is better with more going to bitcoin of course

I believe investing a huge part of funds must be done through real estate since the prices of crypto market hasn't been moving significantly compared last year and with that a huge cost must be put first in order to gain higher profit, Real estate investment is a sure profit investment in the future since we know that land doesn't depreciates. If currently a bull market is on the run i guess investing on btc is the best choice.

I prefer to invest in real estate compared to Bitcoin because real estate investment is safer and the value of every year goes up. Although Bitcoin is more beneficial but at risk I prefer a safe one.

Crypto does have a lot of profit opportunities. but as good as we also have shares in the real world. and who is thinking of selling all my profits in crypto to get started. |
