In my own opinion, bitcoins is more profitable because you can always trade in the market while real estate takes time in order for the price of your lot or area increase its value.

I consider investing in crypto, especially in BTC as a bit different thing from common investing in estates. Crypto is more risky and require certain skills in my opinion.

Though investing  into real estate is considered to be the most wisest and profitable investment these times because people thinks mother is better investing into real estate because investing into real estate can double your profit but if we look at the investing into bitcoin, then it is more profitable than any other investment, though not every people know about the bitcoin but if we compare between real estate and bitcoin investment then I will support bitcoin investment.

Investment in BTC is a profit able business, but as we know in digital currency you will find sudden up & rise so patience is the key of successful business especially in bitcoin.

Making investment with bitcoins and real estate are both risky, but I prefer to make investment with bitcoin than real estate because starting investment with real estate requires big amount of capital. In making investment with bitcoins, even though your capital is small; you can ensure that it will grow through your skills.

I do not encourage you to invest in Bitcoin or Real Estate. I encourage you to carefully calculate the percentage of safe and high risk premiums when investing in BTCs or Real Estate. Because the trend is always changing, Bitcoin may be good today, but it may bring you debt tomorrow and real estate too.Make accurate and careful investment calculations.
