Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

Over the years investment in real estate has been said to be the best investment until the inception of Bitcoin in 2009.
Now bitcoin investment is being tooted as the best with high return on investment despite that it's a very risky investment.
Personally, I would suggest to the poster, to invest more in bitcoin and the balance in shares if his intentions is long term.

I believe real estate is a great investment option. Simply it generates you ongoing passive income. Main problem with real estate is amount of money that person needs to invest upfront. advice is never borrow money to do it.

That's true, not everyone can afford to invest in real state, most of us are here because we are aiming for big profit with our small capital.
Maybe if I'll become successful here in crypto, I will try to diversify my investment in Real State.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).
  
Should I
                Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
                Or just do nothing and wait?

If I have a huge amount of money that could buy real estate, then I would prefer to invest that way and just put portion to Bitcoin. Though Bitcoin is the new trend of investment these days, it would be wise to choose a low volatile ones.

Why ? because we know the more years cryptocurrency including bitcoin is getting better and more profitable. many new investors continue to arrive for investment in bitcoin. real estate is good too, but I'm not really interested and for get profit it's small and need a long time.

Agree, if we have enough money for real estate investment, we should do it because this is as you say, a stable investment while bitcoin is a dangerous and unstable investment, should only invest a small part in it. Even if we don't have enough money for real estate, I will still encourage people to build a business or invest in something stable, should not put too much money into bitcoin, it could be a trend and a rich opportunity but this opportunity is also a dangerous chain, many people have been trapped and lost most of their assets in recent times with bitcoin

Yeah this is correct .  many people on this thread automatically coment that real estate is better just because it is stable but they dont consider the amount that you need before you get your hands on it .

Others will say that they go on btc due to the profit that can possibly get but they dont also consider the risk .

This question is really dependable on the person and on the status of their life    .   if you ask this question to me its obvious that i will choose btc because we arent fortunate enough , thats why im willing to take any risk just to reach my dreams .

If you are a risk taker then invest all your money in bitcoin yes all of them because you will see the fruits of your investment in years to come you just need patience but if youre not,.. investing in real estate is also a good choice because annually we can see some huge demand in real estate properties considering a great location of course over the years real estate investment is one of the most fast growing investment opportunity we can enter.

Yeah if you are investing in real state you will have to have high amount of money in your pocket but if you are investing in bitcoin you only need to have good information and skills so you can make profit as well I have seen allot of people making progress with their investment for bitcoin infect you can buy real estate id you hold bitcoin for long time effectively.

real estate is the one of the most traditional way of investing. if you are enough smart you can increase your money x2 x3 but on the other hand crypto is like a new born baby and if it grows you can earn rally huge compairng to real estate.

The profit and losses are more higher in Bitcoin investment only but when you are invested in a real estate it could be given the profit only but it takes very long time so you cannot make the quick income with investing and real estate but both are very useful way to make your income more valuable.

both have different portions of their respective benefits and also the risks they receive are different, but both are good for our future investments.

by investing in crypto you will be able to get a bigger profit but the risk on the receipt is also great, for the time to get profit is also uncertain because of its fluctuating movements, and vice versa with investing in real estate.

My advice is that you should divide your capital into two, some invest in crypto, some invest in real estate, so you have a backup when the crypto market is declining for a long time now.

Investing in Bitcoin and in Real Estate are really profitable. You can invest it ½ of your funds to make it equals. ½ investment in Bitcoin and ½ investment in Real Estate. If you're only beginning the you should invest in Bitcoin to have higher chance of profit. Having a good/wise thinking will help when it comes to this situation. Real estate is a very solid form of investment, there is lesser risk, the profit is guaranteed, but the amount that you need to invest is bigger.  Cryptocurrencies on the other hand has so much risk, but if your luck is great that you buy a coin today that will moon in the future, then put the eggs in single basket. Technological advancements in blockchain is still on its early years, there is more to come in the future, these improvements in blockchain will provide more use cases that will give more demand. If you are willing to hodl for long, go buy some coins. Cryptocurrencies is much of speculations, and like the stock market, it is driven so much by emotion, no one can guarantee that the graphs will flash a green or red light.
