Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate?

I like investing in bitcoin more. This is not only because the return on investment in bitcoin is higher. This asset is more liquid and it is easier to sell bitcoin in case of urgent need for money. In addition, the maintenance of real estate requires large costs. This significantly reduces the profitability of this business.

maybe it is people or investors who have great confidence even though the risks obtained are also very large if I personally with the situation in my country that has not provided the legality of the crypto currency the investment risk will be even greater

In my place it is good to invest in crypto currency as compare to the legal estate, legalization matters allot but if at your place it is not legal we can invest may be very soon price will be high, risk is part of our investment that will have to face,  in my place it is being legal on high extent because of government adoption.

Luckily you live in a country that legalizes crypto, because many countries have not legalized it, like in my country. by having funds that match our abilities, you can do business in this area

I would rather invest in both too, in my few years in crypto, I've seen its ups and  downs, and to be honest, sometime I do panic, doubt and fear too, especially during the early months of this year, as the price has been lower, so I made up my mind and came to a point that I need to invest no only in crypto, so I begun investing in real estate and so far, I already have lots now that I can call my own, there's no stability in crypto at least if you invest in real estate you can have what you called your own.

Investing with Bitcoin does not guarantee the security of the value your assets, because we know that the price of Bitcoin is volatile. In contrast to investing in real estate where the value of your assets will remain stable or even be increased.

I am a fan of cryptocurrency and I do have a lot of investments in cryptocurrency like Bitcoin but if I will choose only one investment between these two then I would still go to real estate. Real estate is almost safe investments because they have an almost guaranteed return if you have a good property at a good location. Real estate is a lifetime investment so whether there is a economic depression, you can still make money through renting it out.

Its advised not to put all your money in one basket. The risk involved in centralized investment is more that the expected profit. Though risk is inherent in every investment but i do advice you to split and invest in offline project(s) too.

If you have a lot of money, then you should invest in different directions. Including cryptocurrencies, stocks and real estate. But if you have very little money, then investing in real estate is not the best solution. Stocks will suit you better, and the best cryptocurrencies of course.

I also think like you, investing money from Bitcoin gains on Proferti is a good idea, too. Because development in proferti is currently growing rapidly, if I so you may I will build a rented house for rent to employees and the monthly results can be used to cost daily living. But investing in bitcoin
and other cryptocurrencies such as Altcoins will remain my main investment.
