Is ETH the only possible investment method on the ICO?
Let’s put it so: it’s optimal, but isnt the only one.
Why not make all the methods equally available?
Smart contract accepts only ETH from ERC-20 compliant wallets.
Wait, what alternatives are u talking about in such a case?

However, if you consider investment of 1+ BTC and encounter difficulty with converting to ETH, please contact Ubcoin team directly by emailing info@ubcoin.io to discuss alternative arrangements.

I’m glad that the team is ready to meet the needs of big investors. I will certainly use the option that you’ve offered.

Good afternoon. The demand for cryptocurrences is high now, what’s you plan in case it drops?

This will not necessarily influence the token of UBCoin, because it is used in our platform and the value of the token in the app is continuously monitored by our team.

Where can I find the list of exchangers where the tokens will appear right after the ICO?

We hope you understand that a lot of exchanges also have agreements with ICO’s not to give any information untill everything is a 100% certain. That means talking about exchanges in the community could jeopardize everything, That is in no way in favour of the investors.

Hi. Will any other ways to buy the tokens in addition to the ICO be announced? I experience financial problems now.

Could you rephrase the question please? Because I am not sure I understand the question.

You’re planning to make cryptocurrnecies more available. It’s a good goal, but how will it be implemented?

Making it possible to not only trade with fiat like euros, or usd. The project aims for a trading-system that involves an user-friendly with of trading with cryptocurrencies in a safe platform.

How many persons are there in the current staffed Ubcoin?
As far as I remember, 56 persons. Why are you worried about it?
It seems to me that this number wont be enough in case ICO is successful.
I suppose that the decision on expansion will be made by the platform’s team and it’s unlikely that the investors will have an opportunity to influence it.
But they should take your opinion into account! Less than a hundred of people cant develop the project at the paces required.

Don't forget the project is backed by a successful company Wink

Hi. Are you tokens protected by any physical assets? I wanna be sure that there’s a mechanism for prevention of dramatic drop in their price.

Electronic money is growing in popularity, and blocking technology is integrated into all areas of our lives. And in fact, this process can not be avoided. According to forecasts, by 2020 the number of holders of crypto currency assets will increase 10-fold. And that's why I drew attention to the UBCOIN project Cool

I’ve heard that some users receive free tokens. Is it true or is it one more attempt to access my wallet?

Yh some users received free tokens but it was random. And the Ubcoin team is working on a special exchange plan, so that all of the people who got the tokens will be able to exchange them to real tokens soon.

Why is your hard cap specified in ETH only? Where can I find its fiat analogue?

Hi. Are you tokens protected by any physical assets? I wanna be sure that there’s a mechanism for prevention of dramatic drop in their price.

Long term value for those tokens starts at utility and their price also relies on supply and demand. In order to manage supply, help reduce volatility and enable persons who need UBC to obtain them, Ubcoin has created a five-pronged approach:
1) The creation of a Reserve Pool, as described in previous section, ensuring that no new tokens may enter into circulation at prices lower than those paid during Token Sale.
2) We intend that holders of Ubcoin tokens will be offered discounts on fees based on their overall UBC holdings. The more UBC they own, the higher the discount will be. This will likely incentivize clients to buy and hold UBC, further reducing the available supply.
3) Reasonable vesting and anti-dumping prevention mechanisms, as set in previous section.
4) The creation of a Token Buyback Program, funded with up to 10% of Ubcoins’s net operating profits annually.
5) The creation of Burn Program, which will methodically reduce supply the more successful the business becomes.

Ubcoin token is price is locked to ETH with various stages of discounts. So it will just be prudent for hardcap to be specificed in ETH and also there is no fiat analogue only ETH. Fiat was accepted during pre-sale from big investors.

Will the ICO investors get any special bonuses in comparison with other users buying the tokens in the secondary market?

You can easily check the value of ETH at this moment and than do the calculations. But the investment is made in ETH, and therefor we specify it in ETH Smiley
