Tbilisi itself is not free economic zone, but maybe Georgian legislation makes it possible to make exceptions in paying taxes.

Yeah it's more of a business regulation thing I think. "advantages offered by the TFZ also include access to the largest Georgian labor pool in Tbilisi, low rental costs, reliable infrastructure, and facility management services"

Either way, it's definitely a good thing.

First of all I am looking at the idea, whether it is good and has future, then it comes to team, its experience and involvement, and then availability of information about the project.

In an ICO I usually just look for a working product, the idea behind the project, and look at the development team.

Though this ICO doesn't realy have a minimum viable product, I can tell the development team is really invested in it and know what they're doing. So I have pretty high hopes for ambit.
