I find it kinda hard to HODL when the marketing is bearish... there is a lot of stress:p
Do you think going HODL might be bad for the health?Smiley

Nope. HODLING means your investing in the long run, not just short time. However, you can feel the price swings and by that you can also lose your investment. Hodling is good for the health though.  Smiley

I think tradeing brings more stress. When I decided to hodl, I realize that you do not have to touch my tokens for example for a year. It calms down.

In any case, this is a useful undertaking, because the HODL is cooling the mind and making better decisions. Although how much HODL, sometimes you just need luck.

I don't think HOLD is directly related to health. As we all know, buying bitcoin for profit usually requires HOLD for a long time. This has already had psychological anticipation when we purchase. I don't think we should worry too much about the fluctuation of the market. We often care about the price of bitcoin. We should think of HOLD as a part of our life, which will reduce a lot of stress.

there are two things you may think about when you're going to HODL:

1. Stay positive, always think that after every dip, there's always a come back pump for the value of your token, you will not earn from panic selling. Just calm down and don't let negative vibes distract yourself from holding your tokens.

2. When you're on panic and stressed about the dip, You'll experience problems in sleeping and having reckless decision making resulting to more problems in your investments. If you feed yourself with negative thoughts, then this is where you'll be encountering huge problems.

Just keep your cool and always think positive  Grin Cheesy Wink

The best option is to buy bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and forget about them. So you limit yourself from unnecessary nerves.

Me when the gave an excellent advice, not follow their investment.  I follow it a little, but it really is a very correct recommendation.

It is hard and bad only for weak hands and only for short term while for others who will have knowledge about the future of bitcoin they will be there to hold without any issue and they will know that in the long term they will get the benefit and they know that when will be the good time while the weak hands will also get the benefit if they bear that stress for a long time bit at the end they will laugh on themselves.

This is one of the funniest things that was said here. A user here (don't remember his name anymore) some time ago said that this is a game of patience, not for people with weak hearts. So if you're not strong and/or determined enough maybe you should keep your day job.

If you continue the price every day you will certainly get nervous especially if the price goes contrary to your expectation
So if you decide to hold , then you should set a time limit and be preoccupied with something else.

Hodle is the best therapy for a successful crypto life and the most healthiest in the cryptocurrencies world, but before you hodle you need to put some things in place one you need not to invest not too much that you can not beer to let go when the price go otherwise. And again to have a healthy holding life you need to look away from the price chart movement because in constantly checking the price chat you tend to get frustrated and may result to stress which can affect you plans.

it is really bad for beginners. price fluctuation and high expectation can cause high pressure psychologically. HODL needs some market situations knowledge and time limitation when you are willing to sell to gain a high profit of coins that you have invested. the longer you try to hold, the longer your mind stays on your coins.

It depends on what type of human you are. Im a hodler, which make like 75% loss the last past weeks. But for me its just money, so i dont care about. At the beginning i was really stressed when the dump starts. But now i just dont look at my blockfolio app. I think people who are looking all days at their charts from their coins can really make damage tou their health. So if your to stressed when your investing in cryptos, its maybe better when you stop and look for something different!

I think it's really a lot of stress.... for beginners:) If you have experience investing in crypto, I think you will follow your strategy and will not be very worried about their money.

I think any investment is a lot of stress. Especially if the bearish trend, because it is very difficult to fall asleep at night knowing that you are losing money.  Cry

I do not think so. Crypto currency, on the contrary, makes us more successful. Since in a short time you can improve your financial situation. There are jobs worse for health, and much less salary for such work. So that earnings on crypto-currencies are not bad yet
