As for liquidity pool, how big will it be?
It will depend on ICO result overall. More funds will be collected- bigger pool here will be

So all the assets are being stored at stex exchange. But lets imagine the situation I wanna buy some coins of one of the new icos with its own blockchain. Lets say quark. But ur exchange does not support this new coin. So i wont be able to use stex for that purpose?
New coins will have to be added to STeX and it's liquidity pool too allow trading, so support is required. But listing of new ICOs should be easy, there already is a form for new coins. If there is a necessary KYC process? I mean on the exchange.. could anyone answer?
No, for simple trading it's not needed. Only if you want pro account or much higher withdraw limits, you will have to do KYC.

As good as the STeX concept might be, it can't work magic. If an asset has its own blockchain, maybe even a proprietary one, it's not that easy to simply "add" it to an exchange. STeX or any exchange for that needs to be sure that everything works properly and that there are no issues with said blockchain. You can't afford to add an asset that has faulty code or that has vulnerabilities. On top of that, there needs to be a risk assessment of the asset itself whether it's even worthy of being added to the exchange. Is the project legit? Will there be enough volume? There are a lot of questions that need to be answered. You need to keep in mind that every added asset potentially dilutes the liquidity pool, even if STeX is (partly) compensated through possible listing fees. So you see that there are good reasons not to simply add every ICO token/coin.

How can I make sure ur advisors are real? That they have real intentions about the project. And will do all their best to make this project successful?
