When will u get the licence for the operation? Or putting it better for providing services u gonna provide?
There is no need in any kind of licence. It is decentralized project. It does not apply to any authority rules. However I guess when global regulation will come all the project will have to get some kind of permitions

It is a little bit hard to establish any kinds of partnerships for the exchange.

No need to contact any team for the purpose of adding tokrn to exchange. All the needed info is availanle in blockchain.
As for the list if coins/tokens - i guess all the top coins will be added

Not that hard, there are many blockchain projects STeX can make partnerships with as an crypto exchange. To name a few examples:
- Hacken can do audit of exchange security and smart contract;
- Civic can help with KYC process;
- DAI from Maker DAO could be stable coin instead of USTD, which has a bad press lately;
- Team can also make some fuzz about listing new, popular coins like every week or so;

hello, guys) I have a question, what is the common problem for many coins and tokens?
they suffer from one big problem – a lack of liquidity) A lot if icos tell about it

Yes, most of the exchange based ICO's will keep saying the same thing about the investments and withdrawals but the major thing they are not revealing is registration of exchange from their countries. This is the major thing we have to think because most of the exchange failed to do this.

No exchange is holding funds for future possible hacks, that is ridiculous. STeX willl be holding most funds on cold storage, which is the safest way to store cryptocurrencies, because it's offline and no hacker can even touch it.

There are several options available. In general, cold storage is considered safe.

Some examples:
  • Funds are locked on 2-of-3 multisig transaction (P2SH or directly).
  • Key A belongs to user (A service may backup the encrypted key, but user loses key when forgets the password).
  • Key B is stored on web server, unencrypted.
  • Key C belongs to technical staff of a service.

Hot storage is a combination of key A and key B

Cold storage is a combination of key B and C

2-of-3: Decentralized cold storage vault - One of the keys is held in your own home, the second in a bank safe deposit box and copies of the third key are distributed to a close friend, a relative and stored in the office. The home vault is not vulnerable to raiding or burglary because spending the money requires a visit to either the friend, bank or office. Losing the safe deposit box also doesn't result in loss.

You yourself basically answered that question:

How exactly are you going to be profitable? Where from will u generate the revenue? And what revenue is expected?
Fees within the exchange will be the main source of income. More users will use stex bigger revenue exchange will obtain

The value of the STE tokens are directly pegged to the "revenue" of the exchange. So, there you have it.

So if there is no volume exchange itself will be in a red? Weird. There are top exchanges already and it would be too hard to try to grab at least small part of their volume

Last year there also were top exchanges like Poloniex, but somehow Binance showed up and took the volume just like that. This space has a lot room and people tend to move to exchanges with a wide choice of altcoins and liquidity. I'm not saying it will be easy, but getting few percents of crypto market is possible.

Ur comparison with Binance is a little bit unfair Grin however u have a sense that stex has all the opportunities to grab some part of the market

If stex implements as good referal system as binance did Stex will be also successful
