I think your recommendation is childish. The estimation of alts is straightforwardly identified with the utility of the token. Lamentably, the estimation of tokens is fixing to BTC, so their qualities encounter wide swings. correct. I also saw lots of coins that were not worth anything at all. maybe one of the contributing factors is because there is no interest in the coin so that over time the coin will sink in the market.

researching and analyzing the coins is very important to minimize the risk. You have to have a solid background to manage your income. So, first of all, you need to have a solid market knowledge to manage the risk. Always keep on your mind in every investment there's always a risk especially in Altcoins.

I agree with you. to manage our income in investing in altcoin, we are indeed required to research and analyze every coin in the market to minimize risk. let alone a lot of coins that are not valuable. therefore before we invest in Altcoin we first analyze coins in detail.

If the coin is made for pleasure, of course, there is no charge, because any currency, digital or fiat, must be given something. There are good coins that are created to be used as payments and become part of the project ecosystem. Such coins will always be in demand and traded well on the exchange. Coins made only to attract money or only for mining will not be valuable.

Yep, most of coins doesn't really have intrinsic value. Some ICO just made a hype for a promise of working product but there's no product. They just want your money. Like most expert says only coins or tokens 1-5% will survive in the long run. Those that has real use in the world and those that captures value. Look what happened at dot com bubble only few of them survived and now they are the biggest technology companies today. Same fate will happened to blockchain based coin or tokens.

It is true, majority of alts aren't worth to invest in for a long term. Even in hype ICOs like Dxchain people want to flip and in most cases sell tokens immediately, even during ICO! ( token was listed unofficialy on bilaxy and there were opportunities to fix 30% profit, as tokens were not locked)

It is not surprise for me. Most of alts was created to speculate on cryptomarket, no interesting project, no prof. team behind them. Some coins just so similar i have no idea what difference in all of them.

Even if it is so, there's nothing wrong with that. Think of it like of paintings. Just imagine how many paintings are in the world, and over 99% of them worth nothing. Yet, some of them worth millions, and that's a fact. And like with paintings, when they try to sell you fake masterpieces or genuine but at the same time worthless items, they try to sell worthless altcoins. You have to be an expert to not screw up, and although it takes a lot of learning, it's possible to succeed in this business.

bitcoin is not alts, this is a coin master, because almost all alts can be paired with btc. if anyone says that most of the alts are worthless,

In the same list, you can add coins to the scam projects. In my wallet there are a few dozen coins that even have either zero or minimal value and are traded at best on little-known exchanges.

Honestly I think am the only one that noticed this, but am happy to find a post like this, especially most altcoins that do airdrops their airdrops worth below 3 dollars.after deducting exchange fee you are left with nothing.

So many new tokens are just junk. But there are great ones too that have potential for huge gains, because the upside potential in good new ones is much greater than in the established ones. Upside multiples can be a totally different game. You just need to do your research carefully and don't trust ICO listing sites etc. because ratings can be bought. Careful research is very important to avoid scams and other low quality projects - don't trust anyone but your own research!

I have been recently following Stellar that is generally on the rise and the tokens issued on the Stellar platform - now there is a bump like in any cryptocurrency over the past few days, but generally Stellar is on the rise because of the prospective Coinbase listing and other advances. This will also boost tokens issued on the Stellar platform...

My most recent find among alts is AXU, "Argentas Exchange Unit" token issued on the Stellar platform and listed and verified on the Stellarport decentralized exchange, now only at its pre-distribution, or pre-ICO phase. A true hidden diamond, with low profile so far. Experienced people clearly, and cool tech for decentralizing and revolutionizing global banking - their website at argentas.io.

many go to ico without having a beta version of the product, how to believe such projects if there is nothing to check with them
