Until the project starts releasing its product or service, its real cost is really 0. But everything is connected with the coefficient of expected profitability, which investors give to this project.

During the hype last year many people invested in almost all the coins without any research and they regret it later on this year, when it`s value went to near to zero. For many of them it was a painful experience. Majority of investors are more educated, cautious and picky nowadays and they have learned the lesson.

I think because they are a scam project. They only take advantage in the short term and that often happens in some projects. When their coins are worth zero, they will make new coins with different projects.

This is true but the fact is that as long as there are people out there who are buying the coins or trading in it then there is always going to be some kind of value with the coins. In reality though a lot of the altcoins are not worth anything and if trading is stopped on the coins then there is going to be a lot of altcoins which would be crashing to zero and fast too

With the rampants of ICO's and the new introduced coins, tokens everyday, we clearly understand that the community responds to it, and with the forthcoming of crypto in the future. Scams and frauds everywhere are happening, this contributes to the crypto space community, and making all possible investors aware of this kind of activity, and making them hesitant to invest more, we are losing much confidence from the community, and this would result to the market crash which is happening now this time. We can do nothing about it, but to believe that someday, we can realize to work according to our ethics on how earn money legally.

I agree with the first part. It is true that 90% of the altcoins that are available in the market are just copycats of the earlier coins. And regarding the second part, this is what happens when the team gets involved in too many projects. There is a saying... too many cooks spoil the broth....

If the bear market lasts another six months, most projects will die. With an ETH price of one hundred dollars, they will not be able to pay their employees salaries, pay for marketing, advertising, develop a platform, and so on. In this market, most projects will die. Perhaps this is good. Shit ICO will cease to collect tens of millions of dollars, and the exchanges will stop asking for a listing of several millions. We need a change in this market.

With the bearish and dip in crypto market, it has been very hard for projects to launch their platform. With the situation, it takes the team under the project more effort to create awareness about it. And most cannot generate enough funding from their ICO. Marketing and lack of product is the trend of 2017 when projects were collecting investments without any problems and this led to a drop in the popularity of ICOs. It is obvious that such projects will never bring profit to investors.

Yes you are right, I have bought kickcoin worth 500 USD in August and decided to hold it until 2019 but not yet 2019 the price has fallen 91%, you can see this picture. Unfortunately, today many alts are worth zero, even, if projects have good teams, etc. So, it is so hard to find a good project, which will give you a good profit from investing.
