I think your given link is not a safe place to buy! You can buy Gold or Silver by bitcoin in this forum with escrow service. Bitcointalk has marketplace section, where anybody can buy and sell anything! Therefore, To Buy Gold and silver with bitcoin, you can find some websites through searching on google. But I would suggest you Buy from this forum with an escrow service. That will be safe and secure.

Yup there are some websites which allow people to buy gold and silver through cryptos. But I havent tried them myself, so I can't vouch for them. If you are still sceptical, then why not convert crypto to fiat and then buy gold/silver.

One should be very careful about these kind of things. There's no way that one can verify the legitimacy of these websites and whether the precious minerals that they are selling are gold or not. Usually gold are not bought online but in person.

I think at past there is some site allow to buy gold with bitcoin, but i don't think it is legit. If me i prefer to cashout my fiat and buy gold in offline store in my town, beside i can check it is real or not, i know where to sell it back.

Looks like that the link you gave was untrustworthy, because it could be a fraud to get some money from someone else. If you want to purchase using gold to get bitcoin you should use a third party that uses the escrow service, it can be trusted and it will be more secure from fraud when transacting.

I have seen a few places that sells metals like silver and gold for bitcoins, but I think bitcoins are much better to buy and hold than gold are the moment, you can't use gold to buy things with in the same was as bitcoins.
