Yes, I believe that holding is the best thing to do this period and I also believe when the market recover, the price will go up. I think there are many reasons why the market is like this and one of them is price manipulation and also news that happens around the coin, with positive news, the price rise because people invest more but with negative news, the price tend to drop because people sell more due to panic but I am positive that the price will rise before the end of this year.
