Why is most ICO creator from India

I always thought that more ICO and Russia, surprised that you put India in the first place, maybe because there is a lot of population

As far as i know india has good universities with technology,that is why most of them are trying to finish their college degree because i have heard there that engineering and i.t related courses are the first choices of the new generation,surely this country will be massive in the future as they have a lot of resources than any country today.

I dont think its in india,most of the ICOs are coming from russian countries, most of the scam ICOs are russian based counties but theres no doubt a lot of indian people are into cryptocurrencies because the technology in india is great and most of the new folks from universities are getting technology based courses,information technology and engineering that is why most of them are into this field.

In this era, India has a lot of smart people in the IT department. but for ICO, I think most ICO now comes from Russia, yes although sometimes there are team members coming from India

India has a lot of talented people but they have not the money to start projects so ICOs give them new oppotunities.
Same for russian, asian ond other people.

Its not easy to get money from a bank and even if you get you have to pay a lot interest...

Not from india,most of the ICOs are and ICO shitty projects are coming from the russia.Most of the ICO scams are using russian identity that is why i stongly disagree with the india thing,because india doesnt have the capability to do shit things like that they might be good in technology and programming but they arent too dumb to scam millions of dollars.

Actually from my observation, most ICO teams are from Russia. Indian teams are on 2-4th positions by number of ICO's.

People in developed counties have more secure income. People from other counties are trying different ways to make some money.

Definitely, Indian people were so smart and there is no doubt in it. On the other hand, we can't say that most creator of ICO are coming from India because there is no proof of evidence that we can conclude. Although, there are some speculations but we still need some real evidence. Moreover, I think Indians were so good in terms of innovating things so probably there is a chance that they are part of some of it.

Because cryptocurrency is popular in India and the rest of Asia. Have you ever tried sending money between Europe/USA and India? It's almost impossible without extremely high fees. Cryptocurrencies allow these entrepreneurs to essentially bypass the input/output limit that their banks force on them. In my experience, most ICOs are from low economically developed countries as their governments usually inhibit growth, this is a way to escape that dulling pressure.

It depends on the point of view of the country who are into blockchain, But in my opinion Russia is no.1 country when it comes to ICO business or startup and second would be China and U.S. We are on Web 3.0 and it evolves very fast day and night.

Where did you see that all the creators of the ICO are Indians? Maybe you confused the inhabitants of India and the inhabitants of Asian countries? In fact, quite a few projects whose creators are not residents of India.

Okay, after reading all your replies I end up checking ICO's and check the ICObench stats. I now do agree that majority of ICO's are from Russia (shady some) so I'm not sure how ICObench got the stat that US have most ICO but then maybe it's because their ICO already finished and I'm just starting.

And maybe the correct title is "Why people of India involve in almost all  ICO?".
