I personally keep all the coins that i've got from bounty reward. I keep them until i've got a good price for it.
When ever i feel the price is good, then I'll sell them directly. "a good price for some free tokens/coins"

I do holding and wait for the pump of the market rise then if I know the market situation is good then I sell few of them. Also if you know that your Altcoin have potential then holding is worth it, and possible give you enough profit once its price increased again. Just keep your Altcoin if the market is dumping, don't get panic just be calm because eventually it be back and rise again.
