bitcoind actually has a few issues, such as with multisig or large wallets.
Bitcoin tech is much more immature than people realise. It's not ready for the big time quite as much as people think.
There are probably many issues. But also the whole thing does not seem to be scalable, given the fact that for a full-fledged client one has to keep all previous transactions (the whole blockchain) on a computer. If you imagine that one day bitcoin aspires to be a generally accepted international currency, this looks insane to me. Of course there are clients that do not need the whole blockchain but still a significant number of clients have to keep the full blockchain so that security can be maintained. Is there any possible solution in sight that the developers are working on?

same for me, ukyo , will it be soon fixed? I was asked to accept a free certificate. I accepted since i doubt ukyo will pay for a real one when bitfunder is short before closing. I only could login later after i deleted all domain cookies with webdeveloper.

I check my WeExchange account morning and evening (since Oct. 28, two weeks now). Don't worry, I'll post as soon as my withdrawal goes through.

Over 2 weeks to withdraw , or a month, is such bullshit. Really. It's pretty lame that a warning isn't placed on the site. I moved money to WeExchange for nothing in the end even, I didn't even need to move it there, and now limbo. Could have at least warned people Ukyo that this has been going on for a month, on your site, before they deposit??? No excuse not to at all. So frustrating...

The moment of truth is upon us guys. ASICMINER dispersed the divs for this week. Lets see how true is the theory of Ukyo being out of funds. Unrelated to WeExchange problems yet directly connected if he indeed lacked the funds.
Drumrolls and alot of popcorn......

I don't quite get this. 1) What is this theory of Ukyo being out of funds based on? Source? 2) What does the AM dividend prove or disprove about this theory?

Source? 2) What does the AM dividend prove or disprove about this theory? 1- Based on the how long withdrawals are stuck against how long would it take to process them manually against the theory that Ukyo simply does not have the funds and that is why his bitcoin client goes 2-stager haywire 2- Ukyo has been for a while in charge of ASICMINER PT of Bitfunder and he indeed delay the divs for an entire week in the past, If it happens this week as well the theory of him running low on funds and trying to stall until more comes in is getting a stronger foot.

Yes, I was helping with asicminer. Divs were only delayed that one week because of FriedCat shorting the div amount and I was waiting for the rest.
I think we will be done with the 23rd today. The next few days had a lot less transactions as I mentioned before.

I'm getting extremely impatient about this bullshit. 1- Why the fuck did bitfunder use WE in the first place? 2- Why the fuck did WE not post a note in the site stating the withdrawal issue? 3- What the fuck can we do about this?
1- Same developer, Ukyo 2- Was suggested a long time ago, Ukyo's excuse for not doing this is that the error does not occur all the time. 3- Absolutely nothing, Complain but try not to piss Ukyo off very much because if he went Nefarious (pun intended ), Say bye bye to your coins. And less swearing, We have children around, thnx.

He wants to stay in the bitcoin business and if he lied about this, that would really destroy his reputation. If he had not wanted to save his reputation and stay in business, he wouldn't have bothered to post in this thread. 2) If your theory is correct, he could delay divs in order to pay something more urgent with those funds. But assuming there are no funds available, what would be more urgent than paying the divs? If divs are delayed, many people complain and it is very obvious to everyone. (On the other hand, if he pays the divs on time that does not prove anything either.)
