Here is a 3 Reason why Bitcoin is still good for Investment.
1. Bitcoin is Better Investment now than it was in December
the Main Reason for this is the Technology Around bitcoin is improving. A lot of the Naysayers were Attacking the fact that Bitcoin has scalability issues
saying that Bitcoin is Expensive and it can never be in world Scale.
But now with the Lightning Network we can do a transaction Off the Blockchain "it Means Bitcoin is Officially Off the Chain".
2.Because It has A Regulations
Regulations are good to Bitcoin.
3. There are more Places than ever to buy Bitcoin in using Fiat Cash
Robin Hood, a stock trading Platform.

Comparing to December you neglected the most obvious thing, it's a lot cheaper. On your points: 1. Lightning network isn't actually here yet, most of the improvements is due to exchanges batching their transactions and segwit adoption, it still remains to see how a large spike in transaction volume would be handled because there has been a decrease of late in overall transactions. 2. We don't have new regulations yet, we just have a clearer picture as to where most countries are going to go from a regulatory standpoint. In that most will take an approach which tries to nurture bitcoin and allow it to grow, they'll try to adapt existing regulation to fit bitcoin instead of creating new and harsh regulation. 3. This will only continue to increase, the competition will be good, hopefully one day it will be much easier with much lower fees, I'm sure that is a big deterrent for many potential investors, you lose 2%+ of your investment straight away down to fees etc. |

I agree that bitcoin is a good investment option, but the detailed reasons you provided seem not so ensuring and accurate to me. Btc is better than in December for investment, because the current price is low, not due to minor improvements. Moreover, the amount of exhanges is decreasing (at least, potentially), because of the regulations. I remember the news about South Korea banning all exchanges apart from about 5 (I guess it was a long-term plan to lead to this). The amount of people who get to know btc is rising, but those newbies make the coin more volatile, since they do panic selling. Everything is not so strict and obvious with btc imo. |

Too weak arguments led the author. It's all very blurry. There are many other reasons why bitcoin is a good investment. And these arguments are based on iron facts. And the author's arguments seem to me usual conjectures. Izveenite if I'm not right

With all this,one thing is their in bitcoin.It's a fluctuation.It's very common one in bitcoin.If the investors sell their holding bitcoin for the sake of FIAT.The price of bitcoin will automatically start to reduce and move to low value.

I don't want to be that guy but here I am, being that guy.
Point 1: LN is, on paper, a great solution, but without any real-world applications yet, it's hard to bet hard on that seeing that there could be some major hiccups along the way. Point 2: bitcoin's regulations, compared to your traditional penny stocks and tangible assets, is full of shit and does not ensure any protection for the investor in the event of fraudulent activities and/or market manipulation. Point 3: no, the number of stores and services accepting bitcoins is still very low even with the publicity it has garnered.
Not hating bitcoin but you know, the 'reasons' that the article has given aren't really helping a potential investor to make up his/her mind at all. It's not even appealing to say the least, let alone believe that these are the very reasons why deep pockets are throwing their money in the crypto space.

In some way regulations are good for the long term future of Bitcoin, but hodlers don't like hearing regulation and Bitcoin in the same sentence, as regulatory news is almost always associated with a crash in value. Right now, bitcoin is on a massive down trend, losing 50% of its value in just a couple of months, it might even go back below $3,000 by the end of the year if there isn't significant improvements in the crypto-climate. So unless the lightning network really is adopted on a mass scale, don't expect to see an ATH any time soon.

Bitcoin volatility is visible again. From January downfall until February's comeback and upto this Month downfall. This fluctuation shows how volatile Btc is. Although it is bad sign superficially for the other's but for some wise trader it could be a good thing for them.

Such an informative post, to contribute just little to what you have already written bitcoin is flexible when it comes to transaction and bitcoin is secured which is very hard for it to be hacked into. And bitcoin has a great price in the exchange market which offer the investors the chance to always make good profits on they investment.
