It is quite obvious that most people just have their tokens and mostly do not know where to exchange them.Even with those who do, they are often likely to exchange them at sites with lower rates.

This guide is to show newbies how to check where their tokens have been listed and the various trading prices at the different exchange sites. This might be well known by most people of the forum, but not everyone knows it.

NOTE: This applies to only tokens that have been listed on https://coinmarketcap.com

1. Go to https://coinmarketcap.com ,click on "Marketcap" at the top left corner and select "All" .
( Bitcoin should appear as #1, followed by Ethereum)

2. Input the name of your token in the "search" area at the top right corner and search.
( If your token is actually listed, it should appear before your even finish typing the whole name)

3.
After searching, the next page that opens should show the name of your token with details such as the current price in BTC and ETH, and the  percentage increase or decrease in the price of the token.

4. Now, moving down to the middle of the page, you see a row labelled "Charts", "Markets", "Social", "Tools" and "Historical Data".
    Click on "Markets".

5. After clicking on "Markets", each exchange site where the token has been listed will appear with information such as the price per token, the volume traded in USD and the percentage volume of each site.

6. Just look at the price that suits you and click on the 'token'/btc or 'token'/eth pairing under the "Pair" column and you will be taken to the exchange site directly. DONE

Hope this helps those who didnt know about it. Grin Grin

This is really a good information to some of us. Please continue with the good work you are doing. posts like these will make things easier for us all.

You guys are actually doing a good job, but sometimes the thread gets buried soo deep that it becomes difficult to get to the information. It will be good if its updated often.
