Ethereum would be my choice because this halved price is currently very suitable for the proper investment. It is a matter of time when the market curves will start to rise and those who have invested in the influencing coins will actually earn something. There are other coins which can bring the even bigger profit over a long run but the Ethereum has proved to be a very stable coin.

first we should know what is the 'dip' means itself.
right now we could see the price is falling significantly,but always bear it in your mind that we had a huge pump on alts a few months ago.
every alts got pumped 2x or even 3x from its average price,and when the price is faling 50% from its peak it won't change the fact that it's higher from its before.
(of course if we are talking about altcoin generally).
so right now everything is unpredictable.
