The reasons are very simple. The most important thing is an unstable market. And the second reason is the speculative attitude to the blockchain of its community

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

The most important thing failing ICOs nobody looks their unique product, team, roadmap, vision. Mostly inverters looks their websites, graphics, social media marketing etc.
Bad investors are looking only design but this isn't the reason why projects fail. Probably they collect enough money and they lose interest to develop their own project because they already reached goal.

Greed, deceit and everything like that definitely influences the market and today I think that a very large number of people will not be very happy about this. Therefore projects will continue to fall and die if this continues.

Many reasons underlying an ICO failed. But I emphasize the reason that is the most important factor underlying the failure or success of the ICO. This important factor is that most ICO is only a plan where projects carried out by ICO are projects that cannot be carried out in real or very difficult to apply. I think this reason is the main reason. Most ICOs appear prematurely with planning that is still very theoretical. This makes each time line that has been made at ICO decline.

There are a lot of reasons why ICOs fail, so most of them don't collect enough money and there is a low level of hype.
To my mind people don't create valuable product

ICO is not regulated and therefore began to appear a lot of scammers in this area, which caused a very bad consequence and investors stopped investing in ICO

Reasons for the ICO failure are very simple:

1) useless idea
2) useless team
3) government regulations
4) company doesn't follow its own roadmap
5) company doesn't meet its promises
6) token is not a utility but a security

https://www.tradingview.com/ideas/ico/

Is having a security token really an excuse to fail? I agree the team has said lot, if not everything to give on the success of their ico. A highly marketed minimum value product will be more successful than none with zero or little marketing in existence

Most ICOs died because of distrust. Most ICOs failed to deliver their product and services and majority were scam. They had taken a lot of money from investors and now investors are skeptical to invest in ICOs.

Not exactly. Rather, these are the reasons why the project itself becomes unsuccessful. Ico is the process of collecting money. This process is influenced by marketing as well as global market sentiment. The last condition on the current day is at a very low level.

Most ICOs fail because of poorly marketing skills, poor management skills and poor ICO rating from ICO websites. these websites over hypes the project but when you research deep into the project, you realized it is not what have been said about it. Many ICOs are failing because investors are not ready to invest more into ICOs anymore because most of them end as scam and unfinished projects.

In my opinion, the failure of the ICO still has doubts from investors to invest in the project. maybe the design of the ICO project is not well structured, and investors are more careful about project scams, so they don't want to be trapped.

You are right thinking. I also think that the failure of the ICO is primarily due to the fear of potential investors to give their money to the project created by fraudsters. Many people doubt and therefore do not invest in ICO.

investing in start-ups is one of the most profitable types of investments, any experienced player knows that before investing your money in a project, you should study it, find all possible information about the project about the team, conduct your own analysis, and if risks are comparable to incomes, then only after that make a decision, and if you saw the cover - and very beautiful promises, and invested your money, then the problem is only in yourself

It is more related to psychology. Majority convinced themselves that the ICOs are scam. Everyone started running behind IEO. Yep, IEO is a more advanced system, but do not forget that most successful projects were entered to market with ICO.

Also don't forget that Exchanges are getting tokens for free and they can dump or pump in any time, which is bad for the projects itselves and for us - investors.

Laziness. They always give up and I think nmostly because they are taking a chance and don't fully believe in their project. Even projects I have spoken to the team have just become lost and forgotten about. They just fall off the face of the planet along with any investors money or dreams.

It is up to people to educate themselves enough not to support this kind of thing. Then it will just die out.

Most ICOs fail because they usually don't have relevant missions or aims that address gaps seen in the crypto space and the entire world. ICOs with products that address real issues in the world and the entire crypto space are crypto projects that succeed..

ICO fail for various reasons, but left to me I feel most ICO that fail are project's that were not real and were unable to accomplish the product they promised. Most of those projects that fail were founded by fraudsters who in the firstvplacw were not going to deliver any product. They are more concerned about raising money and making way with it.

Firstly the basic reason is lack of real utility  in the product that are offered.most of the in light of developing something new many coin become too complicated and far away from reality. Second i think the negetive wave in market make a negetive atmosphere which result in failure of ico

I think a lot more ICOs fail. Perhaps about 80%. In principle, there are very few good projects. And of course, investors do not want to invest in projects that initially do not represent any value.
