sometimes i think road map not clearly is a part reason not much investor their get and soft cap and hardcap target is to big, that make sense because when the target is too big how to reach it, that why not much investor and the project will fail

1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"

You still lack a few reason. That project may be good but not be implemented at right time and not have abundant financial resources to survive when the market is in crisis as now

As for me the main reason why many ICOs failed is because there is no regulation and there is no way to hold them responsible for their actions and in-actions and this is normal in human society, the reason why many tend to the right thing is because of laws put in place that will hold them responsible.

If a certain project is not transparent and their goals are unattainable, it will fail eventually. It should also have a clear roadmap and a real team of developers behind the project. besides that there are many more that cause ICO to fail, and one of them may be because they do not comply with existing rules or you are not careful in choosing a good project so that ICO runs poorly so the project fails. choosing a good project is sometimes still not good at running it and there are still other disruptions and caution against fraud.
