Read the whitepaper of the project and I must say this is really promising and have a good future. Since this is based on neo blockchain, the number of opportunities are really large.  Also  implementing over-the-counter trading (OTC) is also a really innovative idea. 1) Government issued ID
2) Unsold tokens will be burned. The technical part of the the token distro is this... 4 minting's (1) Private Placement (2) Pre-ICO (3) ICO (4) Team tokens after the 3d party audit (Big 4 auditing firm, intitial negotiation went well this week, planning on closing the deal next week). So even though they say burning, it's more effecient to just mint the required tokens.
