Mass adoption is coming, Bitcoin is illegal in some countries, but legal in most parts of the world. Those countries that ban Bitcoin because they dont know how to regulate it, if big countries has regulations, we'll see that small countries follow suit

According to the general rule adopted in most countries, legal actions in business are any actions that are not directly prohibited by law. That is, if the state does not directly recognize the crypto currency as illegal, it can be considered legitimate. However, for its legal operation, it is necessary to have separate normative acts of state power and government bodies. This is primarily necessary for the classification of this new type of financial relations and its legal place in society. Therefore, in the near future all states will be forced to consider the issue of legalization of the crypto currency and other related issues, such as taxation and the peculiarities of its circulation on the territory of the state.

Actually, there's nothing to be worry about that, because all we know is bitcoin only for good. For the benefits and the advantage. Bitcoin can't do bad things. It is only depend on how people use it. So the government worried about the people who have a bad mind so that the bitcoin in other countries are banned

As long as it is not declared illegal bitcoin is okay in a certain country.
More and more regulations are now being implemented in cryptocurrency. This can make bitcoin be really approved by the government. When they implement new rules it will help in the long run the cryptomarket.

Though bitcoin or any other crypto can still be used in illegal activities. Such as trading money that is gained illegally or scamming some people.

Yes bitcoin is legal here in the philippines while there is no news on tv or radio that bitcoin is illegal we should not be concerned because when bitcoin is illegal it may be that a bit of bitcoin is confined but I am while I'm in bitcoin and I do not work I'm harming someone else I can say that bitcoin is legally legal around the world.

Your subject topic and the question in the body of your discussion are diverse.
Bitcoin is designed to operate with or without government approval. Russia is reported to have legalized bitcoin.

It is feared that bitcoin could be used for illegal activities such as terrorism. But even legal currencies too have been used. So it is not the nature of bitcoin that make bitcoin vulnerable to illegal use.

To the best of my knowledge, Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges.
Regulators from various jurisdictions are taking steps to provide individuals and businesses with rules on how to integrate this new technology with the formal, regulated financial system.

But have you come to think of it... Whether Bitcoin can be used for illegal Activities...
What are some ways you think it can be used for? (illegal Activities) mention some.

Bitcoin is legal because it helps people to get out of poverty but the only problem is the government that hindering people from investing on cryptocurrecy, banks also hate bitcoins because most of the people are preferring to place their money on cryptocurrency more than on banks.
I don't see any illegal action towards bitcoin. For me and lot of people it is legal specially to those who benefit in it. It's only illegal to those who hates it because they were being affected in the way they don't want. It is legal cause it's being use in a lot of countries and only the banks were not approved of this.

Bitcoin is very legit. The only thing that concerns here is that governments and banks cannot take over it hence the reason there are lots of fuds and other negatives news aired anywhere.

In term of legality of bitcoin there no one can tell more about it. But the legality of it is depend on the acceptance and interpretation of one state or country. Bitcoin is legalized in Japan and there are rules and regulation about the used of it in this country. In some country bitcoin is totally not accepted and they didn't allow any transaction within.
Yes ofcourse bitcoin is legal. For me, there is nothing to be consider it as illegal it is just a matter of accepting how they can earn. Maybe because there are some sites or gambling sites to be specific that is using bitcoin as their bet to earn. But it actually depends on the government of a particular country if they will accept bitcoin.

what you think and say is not important, because the illegal activity is contained in the individual itself. actually illegal activity is very much in the real world. only a few people who understand internet transactions can do it. this is a fact

In other places around the world, the legality of Bitcoin is viewed differently, but for the most part it remains relatively safe to use as long as it is not tied to illicit purchases or activities. Many countries have issued statements indicating that bitcoin and other digital currencies are not regulated and do not exist as officially sanctioned currencies: a status that could put users at risk but would not have them violating any laws. Bitcoin is outright illegal in some countries, such as japan, india

bitcoin is one of the world's juiciest prizes for hackers. there must be thousands or tens of thousands who've tried to break it, let alone governments and banks, and they all went away with their heads bowed.

this forum would not still exist if bitcoin had been cracked. if it is we'll sure as hell know about it.

Bitcoin trading new technology Currently it is very popular and very powerful. So the government of any country can not make it illegal. But the government of any country will not work for the appointment of bitcoin. It will run in full compliance.
