Yes bitcoin is legal but in some country they says that bitcoin is illegal because they don't accept crypto. The government treat bitcoin illegaly because they want to own and they want to manage bitcoin. bitcoin is so popular all over the wolrd they can't ruled it.

To the best of my knowledge, Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges.
Regulators from various jurisdictions are taking steps to provide individuals and businesses with rules on how to integrate this new technology with the formal, regulated financial system.

But have you come to think of it... Whether Bitcoin can be used for illegal Activities...
What are some ways you think it can be used for? (illegal Activities) mention some.

bitcoin can be used anywhere and by anyone and for its use for legal or illegal activities depending on the investor's investment objectives for what because bitcoin is freely accessible to anyone and for anything

Definitely bitcoin in solely legal. If not, then maybe most countries will act to stop its circulation. But instead, in the fast growing countries, bitcoin was used almost like a local currencies.

Bitcoin is not legal in some countries that do not accept it. However, there are quite a few countries, regions, as well as organizations and companies that accept it as a payment method. It has a number of advantages to consider: Avoid inflation as the central bank prints money to financial institutions and corporations lend money when doing business. Do not need channel transactions. Intermediate: Reducing bank and intermediary financing costs. It is not easy to earn Bitcoin, but it is possible to "exploit" Bitcoin, computer systems that handle bitcoin transactions that consume less electricity. more than the current financial system.

It can be used by scanners that are scamming people that they can doubled or tripled they're money when they join this frauds. This is the primary reason in banning.  Also,  I think they banned it because of fearing that people will invest here more than banks available (this is not illegal,  but to add to my point).  Another illegal activities bitcoin can be used is in buying pornographic materials and in darknet or darkweb activities like child pornography and such.

Bitcoin legal or illegal it depends on your country government if it allows legal then it legal.Although now in my country bitcoin still not legal, but the government in my country, does not prohibit to have bitcoin, so even though bitcoin most illegal in my country but I can still use bitcoin as an investment tool.

Even if the countries are banning bitcoins in some countries, use for illegal activities is not the major concern. It has to do with their fear of bitcoin replacing currency on their country.

According to my knowledge and information bitcoin is not fully illegal in the world and some of the countries are doing well for bitcoin while some countries are not allowing bitcoin transactions in their country so if we look at the bitcoin nature it is virtual may because of many countries are not allowing this because they even don't check and balance on crypto activities that's is the main reason behind the crypto ignorance by many countries.

Bitcoin is certainly legal in most countries around the world but there are still some goverment that dont really accept bitcoin in their country. One example is china. They dont allow the bitcoin to circulate around their banks because seventy percent of the bank shares are owned by chinese government, yet they allow the normal people to mine and trade. China has been known to be the largest trading market for bitcoin. Another example is India. But there is really no concrete reason why they banned the bitcoin. Maybe its because of the risk to their goverment or whatsoever.

For me bitcoin is legal, it is made or supported by many popular people or business man. Some people says that it is illegal because there is some countries or government didn't accept bitcoin as payment, as money or other kind or transaction. And there is some countries accepted bitcoin because they saw the good effects of bitcoin in many people or in their country.

Bitcoin is not entirely legal or illegal. Bitcoin traded for other goods and services are prohibited. But others also fear that it can be used to purchase illegal goods as it can never be tracked. Bitcoin is not illegal itself but making it as a way to do illegal activities, a specific law may be provided.

currently I see still a bit of a legalize if you know it japanese state, china, america also have received bitcoin as an alternative method of payment, if all countries accept bitcoin then definitely bitcoin price will be more expensive because it is getting harder to get bitcoin.
