Hi yareldiaz! The way our platform works in detecting scams, MyShield’s two layers of information crowd wisdom and AI-powered cyber intelligence technology have to reach a consensus on the state of a specific online site, page or wallet.   When a user reports a scam, that report will be stored in the blockchain and will be visible to the public so that other users may further investigate and provide more details about it.  Once there is a consensus about the report, then you become eligible to the bounty reward.
Further, the crowd report consensus and the report of AI technology also has to have a consensus in order for a certain website, online item, marketplace to be tagged as trusted or scam.

Yes, private sale is ongoing.  As for the publication of the token crowd sale date, the team has not advised yet a specific date on when in Q3 but it will be definitely announced here as soon as one is finalized.
