I have checked your post history. It seems that your post are mostly two- or three-line ones, so you are likely not a spammers. However, another thing should be taken into consideration is whether you copied & pasted without quoting (that means you did plagiarised contents of someone else). If you did, it is not strange if your account was permanently because it violated the rule #33 of the forum.
I think you can answer by yourself because I don't have too much time to check whether you plagiaried or not. You know it clearly than someone else!
I also give you link to Unofficial list of (official) rules of bitcointalk forum

You didn't plagiarized, but you've done burst posting. Looking at your post time interval I don't have a single doubt that your a burst poster.  Wink

Do you mean that there was a small amount of time between my messages? But i write messages when i have a burst of creative energy and at this time i do not pay attention to the time interval between messages.

I've found small mentions of "burst posting" and "post bursting" in sig campaign rules. I don't quite understand what it is.

From a google search of the forum, it sounds like it's when you post a lot in a short interval of time.

I find that problematic because it has no bearing on quality or meaningfulness... just that if you "post a lot too soon it's bad." <--?

I'm not sure why OP was banned. I looked thorugh his post history and they're not one- or two- liners. They're actually small paragraphs...

He must've done something serious, like plagiarism.

But if it's burst posting, then I need to ask what the standard is. You have people posting 10 posts per day, but for some reason that's not burst posting as long as they're consistently posting 10 posts per day...

I think this is ridiculous. Because then people will be paranoid about how many posts they're making per day.

Some days we all feel like posting more because we spend more time on the forum. Other days we're busy and post maybe 1 - 5 posts.

Check the timings on his posts he just jumps on and posts at 11pm roughly forum time and hits a few threads and that's it. There is no real quality to the posts as most are in ICO threads so in short they provide little value. Well that's my take on it

Yup. I also like to revoke what I said above that you didn't plagiarized because I found out something. I notice one line of one post of yours being copied to cryptossi post under the same ANN thread;
Dentix is more than just a token, it is a platform that provides secure storage of blockchain-backed dentist patient health records, it allows instant two-way communication for dentists and patients to discuss urgent matters.

Dentix will provide payment processing for patients and they will be able to pay for healthcare and dentistry services with DNTX tokens.

There will also be a worldwide patient referral service for dentists to find new patients and secure chart transfers for dental staff.

Holders of DNTX tokens will also receive attractive monthly bonuses and incentives, which will encourage more patients and dentists to start using the Dentix platform.

If you have any questions please feel free to post them below.

And this is your post;
Dentix looks really good, providing a solution for the dental care industry through means of blockchain technology. Dentix will provide payment processing for patients and they will be able to pay for healthcare and dentistry services with DNTX tokens.

Writing so much posts between a time interval because you are having a 'creative energy' shouldn't be an excuse for that. Its among the rules and you broke it. It was seen as spam which is why it was blocked. If I have been commenting on every post I read, probably my account would have been banned by now. You should comment on posts that interests you the 'most' not on every post you read.

And probably, you might have accessed your account with proxy or from an IP that have been banned; another reason that might have caused it. Well, just message them, probably a Mod might respond.

I know it might be some kind of way for him to be lazy, but at the same time, consider that people may have busy lives and have 1 hr allotted to forums. Although I doubt that's his case, it's kind of Nazi to ban an account because they only spend 1 hour at the same time everyday.

Besides, he doesn't really post a lot, on March 4, 5, he logs in at roughly 11 pm, but he posts 2-3 posts, the most he posts is like 5 - 7... and they're all in ANN, but still... it's not like he's saying something generic... he's interacting with the thread and speaking about some specifics with the coin. They're not ultra helpful, but they're not really spam either.

I'd really like to know the real reason this dude was banned. He has like 400 posts and wasn't really obviously spamming. Not really sure about plagiariasm, maybe he did that.

I come home from work late at night so i go to the forum at about 11pm on the forum time because this is not the reason for the permanent account ban. And the fact that i publish my posts in ICO threads i just like new startups and their ideas because it's not forbidden to publish posts in ICO threads and i publish where i want.

Before writing this post, i read the website and the white paper of the Dentix project and then wrote in the post what i thought and remembered about this project. And this cryptossi user copies and inserts whole paragraphs from the web sites of projects that carry out the ICO, you can check it yourself. And I'm not to blame for the fact that in my post i wrote what i thought and remembered about the Dentix tokens.

"but for some reason that's not burst posting as long as they're consistently posting 10 posts per day..."

That is absolutely not the guage for burst posting. In fact, the definition given that defines post bursting or burst posting on the stickies is merely scholarly, not practical reality. There are users here who make over 20 posts in a day with as little as 5-10 minutes intervals, depending however what responses they were making. But you can't fault these posts because they are constructive posts. Permit me to posit that only unconstructive posts made within this short intervals are deemed post bursting.

OP, your persistence for the ban to be removed clearly shows that the merit system is truly effective. I hope you have truly learnt your lessons and how to avoid any ban in the future.

Oh !! simple email from Bittrex, either before or immediately after accounts were “temporarily suspended,” would have probably gone a long way toward reassuring users that they would eventually receive access to their funds.
