For me, if the price of the coin has increased 200%, I would sell all of my coins right now because I think the price would decrease at once or in the following days. Then I would make a research and buy some of cheaper and potential coins to hold in order to make great profits.

Do you continue hodling or sell? A lot of people say to hold no matter what happens and I'm not advocating daytrading but I think in a situation like this, it'd be advantageous to sell.

Thoughts? What would you do?
Maybe that night would be the happiest night of my life, I will sell them and wait until the price drops I will continue to buy and hold them

i think 40% - 200% of my investment In one night even one week does not repeat every time .so  i will be happy and sell it directly and why not buy again after next time because usually dump happend after each wave of increasing within a short period of the pump

It relies upon the economic situations, for instance, we have seen 500-1000% picks up in numerous alts in the last bull keep running in january yet it was brief and now bears are ruling the market, and im beyond any doubt dominant part of holders did not take benefits and as yet holding their coins notwithstanding when they could make extraordinary benefits, it relies upon singular needs also however I think avarice assumes control and one imagines that market will make more moves and proceed upwards so no compelling reason to offer.

Definitely sell most, if not all, of the coin. You never know what might happen and I don't even like daytrading but i'd definitely take advantage of the opportunity.

No matter how good the fundamentals of the coin are, if a coin goes more than 100% within 24 hours I absolutely sell them. A classic case of this has been Storm coin, it has already dipped about 50% from its ath after it went crazy just a couple of days ago.

I had this situation, and I could not do anything, because the coin grew quickly and fell just as quickly.

I will sell my coin then buy more at a lower price. It is better to have some profits than you lose in the long run too much greed won't give any good because the market is volatile and you shouldn't be waiting for more gain.

Sell your seventy percent bitcoin then hold the twenty five remaining, since you don't know if it will surpass its  limit like reaching 300% and above,...
Have plan also because you don't know one day it might just happen.

That is if you got in at the ATH itself which is tough to do, only a handful of people can get. But I do agree with the sentiment you put forth, I adore Storm and had some but I sold most of mine. Kept a little incase of moon, but will buy back rest in a couple days or so.

If the coin or token I'm holding reached 40-200% I would first sell small portion usually amounting to what I have invested. I bought ETN coins at ICO for $0.01 and sold half of it at $0.12 and now that it's on $0.03 I bought the same number of tokens when I sold it before. I already got my capital back and the small profit for short selling and now the coins I'm holding is up for a long term. Same trick I did in CS tokens. I bought at ICO at $0.2 and sold half of it at $0.9 and I bought again the same number of the token when it sits at $0.4 last week and the rest of tokens will be up for long run. I got lucky on this two and also Universa, but my UTN is reserved at main net launch, I wasn't able to sell UTN tokens because only those UTNP can be traded right now. Forgot to mention, I am still at loss for most of the coins or tokens I bought from ICO. DEB and WPR below ICO price.

It depend on overview of market in that time. If market is in bulling mode, you can wait, use news to decision when sold, but if market like this time, you need sell immediately because it very unstable

Of I am long term investor , then I will hold ,if I am a trader then will sell at higher price and book profit , hence it depends whether you are long term investor or a trader.

i really don't think daytrading is a good idea and generally prefer hodling, but i would try to take advantage of the unexpected situation and just sell. you never know when the coin might drop again so better act quick when possible.

With that kind of statistics, I would take full advantage of it. I would be heavily be tempted to sell all of it, but with recent
experiences guiding me, I would keep and hold some of that coins. Half of the coins I would definitely sell, it's already good
profit and there's really no need to get greedy. It's a good strategy, but with a 200% value increase, I'm better off keeping
25% of the coins. Numbers like that will make people panic and overreact, they tend to get a bit more greedy, biting more
they can chew. This always leads to some disappointment later since price spikes are not only unpredictable but are also
unpredictably unstable.

My actions in the situation of rising coins depends of what coin is growing. I will try to sell the coin which grew and buy the coin which is cheap still. But there are a lot of nuances.
The main thing - to wain 2 and more years. And will be 1000%!

For me, I will first to sell my coins. The reason is that there are small number of coins has this performance. And I think it will fall to a lower price, I can buy them back if I think this coin is promising.

Well if a coin that i hold current raises it's price to 200 percent , i will sell it why because any moment the 200 percent increase will likely to change you will never knew will the price go up or go down especially on altcoins we can't predict what market will perform in next few days so, for me i will sell it before it's too late holding it will be not advisable.

since people generally "sell the news", any sort of news leading to a pump would quickly dump and then a more natural growth would follow, as everyone who's selling the news assumes everyone else is selling the news, it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy! sell at the top and buy back lower, absolutely worst case you've missed a further pump but you still got 40-200% gain on your investment.

Most probably I will sell it because sometime aggressively rising coins drops hard too. I agree long-term trading would be a good choice. If it's a bounty coin. I would hold if it is airdrop coin then I will definitely sell it because it can be a fake pump too. Good coins rise gradually. Ultimately it depends on coins. Daily market rise and drop several times it gives chance most of the time.

if my coin price goes up at night then I will sell it if I need money, but if I do not need money then I will hold it until it is more expensive. at this time all the crypto currency prices have decreased very apprehensive. bitcoin and ETH prices are very cheap at this time therefore I am less eager to sell the coins I have because I am afraid of loss.
