I know it transparently recover the fund through community consensus, any similar project support this?

I heard CMT will announce their result testnet on 30 March. If their testnet is successful, its price can go to the moon. Now is the best time to buy CMT

Sounds too good to be true so I'm always skeptical when someone claims that they are faster that the Etherium network.
