I have an issue with the website.
It often jumps back to ask for login again when I click any option under 'my accounts'. That makes changing my setting almost impossible. I've tried with both chrome and IE, the problem is the same. Anyone had the same issue and knows how to solve it? Thanks in advance.

It happens if your session expires or IP address changes. Can you please clear your cache and check how frequently your IP changes? |

It seems the login widget does not work on IOS, so we cannot login with IPhones. Not sure about how it behaves on Android yet.
