It is hard now to predict the rise of the bitcoin price because as you can see, it always comes across an obstacle. Twitter is banning it, thus the price has fallen. And I hope it does not continue to fall. I hope they stop with their bullshits and influence the public badly. Added to that statement, it will be just a matter of time until bitcoin regains its stability and power. This year has been very tough for it to be honest.

this has become a hot potato for now. after facebook pushing prices down, now turn twitter pushing bitcoin prices down. all holders are now Be in hot water, as we will be more difficult to see the bullish market. Honestly, I Be fed up with! hopefully this chaos is over, so you will not panic again.

This mayhem will not end. Very rich people paid attention to the promising market of cryptocurrencies. They have used all their forces, money and acquaintances to capture the market. It seems to me that we need to prepare for a long confrontation with them. Now the winner is the one whose nerves are stronger.

even I dare not speculate too far for bitcoin prices. these three months, is a bad time on crypto. accidents and restrictions that occurred late this so vigorous from all directions. but, nothing is impossible, all can happen in an instant. yes, I hope there is a change for this.

It is very difficult to predict the price could be this year if this could exceeds the ATh price last year. Yes these three months market shows that bitcoin cannot go up yet, for now anyone could buy btc at this rate then it can hold for long term.

Predicting the price of Bitcoin is really very difficult, but what I am sure of is that BTC will not fall to its bottom this year. Finally, it will start recovering.

Well, just like you said, it is likely and that is still under a probability which you yourself already know. One thing about this market is that it is highly complex and volatile which is the reason why sometimes, even with your TA, knowledge of indicators, they just do not work.

Most times though I have tend to just stick with price actions in the market rather than just using the indicators to do your thing. If you can at least trade with candles, I feel one is always better off but all in all, no one can predict any market's future.

In a long period of time (like the movement in every year) Bitcoin movement is unpredictable, because at that time what determine it was news, not technical analysis. It is possible and eventualy the price will exceed 20000$ but it can't be predicted when is this going to happen. Bitcoin market is very complex and also sensitive mechanism influenced by variety of factors. If it will happen this year, it's more likely to be in the second part of the year. And I also think that this time this will not happen so fast and dynamic like at the end of the last year. I would say this was unique situation that will not happen in the similar scenario so soon.

True and with that we shouldn't lose faith in bitcoin.  Bitcoin will always be the number one crypto.  I think that the dumped happening right now is good turning point after what happened in the last month of 2017 where bitcoin suddenly bubbled up. This is like giving chance to those who did not invested because of the high price. Investing become more affordable and this is helpful to them.

This is really hard to tell especially right now that we are awared Bitcoin is having a rough start this year. The highest price that it reached last year is closely 20000 usd. Right now its value in the market is struggling at 7000 usd. To think how far the distance is and considering the situation that the market is having. It is really hard to tell that the achievement last year would be surpassed this year. But let's just hope that it would given the capabilities of Bitcoin, i think it somehow has a chance.

It is even absurd for anyone to think they can just assume what the future holds for any market. Way too absurd! Anything can change within a split of a second and all you just have to do is blend in.  On positive notes, by this year end, people will start speculate based on next halving hence we can have bitcoin prices anywhere from where we are. So, new ATH most probably possible by this year end.

When prices are falling, everyone panics and fears the end. When prices are rising, people celebrate and think the party will never stop. BTC will recover and likely overtake it's high, but who knows when. I would imagine this year we would see new all time highs.

This is one of the things that surprises me the most by the community, when everything is right and bitcoin is going up people are extremely hopeful about the future of bitcoin but as soon as we get a setback and the price begins to go down people become pretty negative, while I do as much experience in investing as people here in the forum this is something that I have never seen in any other market.

In that Bitcoin will exceed the historic maximum this year - I'm 100% sure. I'm even afraid that this will happen very quickly. I think that some time is necessary for such price levels. Now is not the time for such events, - there must correspond both a fundamental background and a technical one. Because as long as there is no good fundamental and technical basis, any surges in prices will be just splashes, not solid growth.

Highest price was $19,000-$20,000 so for someone that's new to the market, I'll give you a hint that you take a peek at the past year's price.

2016 wasn't so good and after that 2017 became a blessing to everyone in bitcoin/crypto verse.

There are predictions that bitcoin is about to reach $50,000 for this year end so it's up to you if you want to believe it.

But most are into long term holding and it isn't a question that we all want to see better price for this year.

if you look at the growth and fall statistics of past years, then there was no such percentage drop. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that such a huge amount of Bitcoin was not sold on the market, and there are fewer people willing to buy.

If the total volume of bitcoin that sell is not as much as previously purchased, then there are still many people holding, and it is seen from fewer buyers in the market, for now there has not been any positive sign that ensures that the price will rise and exceed the previous ATH. but usually the price will look will pump when starting in August, so wait and see..

Yeah, right. I believe that also, basing on what had happen already in cryptomarket.  We can see a great potential that it would happen also this year. You do not need to be a genius or an expert to know this is not going to happen in this year, there has been a lot of FUD lately and many people listened to it and sold their coins in panic, now all of those people that were relatively new to the market and that have lost money are fearful they will commit the same mistake again and so they do not want to invest anymore, and the people that have a strong faith in bitcoin do not have too much money left to invest since they invested most of their funds during the bull market of the last year.
