Hi @Jianx not really shure i understand your question. Regarding the first part rest ashure that eventually entire planet will have a regulatory framework in place for cryptocurrencies and blockchain based projects. |

A fairly extensive list of team members is presented, but in my opinion there is very little information in white paper. Medical projects in my opinion should be distinguished by their advancement, accessibility and competence. The more detailed, the better.

Honestly, I do not understand how this will really work. At us in out-patient departments already begin to use a chain of blocks. It is already possible to register through the portal to see a doctor and this is already in the state polyclinics.
