to buy bitcoin using bitcoin is likely to happen but you have to find a seller who can accept bitcoin for his payment method because currently there are few who accept bitcoin as a legitimate payment. Only few people or real estate businesses use Bitcoin method because they are well awared of this digital currency. Soon you will be watching and observing that Bitcoin is using as payment system. After spreading it fully in Japan many other countries are adopting it fully but I think half of the world are still using fiat. They will soon realize it that using Bitcoin is in our benefit and will be using everywhere even buying small things. |

bitcoin is currency despite most people used it for exchange or trading. so, we can spend bitcoin like we spend our money to buy anything we want but for now, not everywhere can accept bitcoin for transaction. Bitcoin changes life if you handle it in a right way, when to buy and when to sell will give you two things one is loss and one is profit, in other words you can change your life in both directions. Now its up to an investor if he understands buying and seling processes and other methods in business will change his life. |

I have no idea where does this opinions come from. Why do you want to pay in bitcoin when you can easily and officially pay in fiat?
I highly doubt anyone will happily accept it. What about to pay in usd and let seller to convert it or do whatever he/she wants?
Otherwise can anyone register TXID officially when buing/selling house or car or anything valuable?

I think, noone should be wonder, that now possile to buy houses using bitcoins, and I'm more than sure, that now you can buy absolutely everything using bitcoin as payment method or another cryptocurrency, because situation now more friendly, than it was in 2009 - 2011, many of sellers would like to accept bitcoins as payment for something, since it's easily to cash out and many interested in "holding", by selling something for bitcoins you save % at exchanging usd -> btc and in same time investing your money.

Ofcourse you can do that especially if the seller of the house is a crypto lover and for me it's much safer to pay with btc rather bringing your money with you |

The rblem now is where to find a buyer who is accepting bitcoin as a payment for your house. Unless you convert your bitcoin into cash or paper money, then you could buy a house using it. Maybe there are private people out there who is also using bitcoin that is interested to sell his house for bitcoin. |

I think its possible there some people will accept bitcoin as a payment but for now its very hard to find because bitcoin is very volatile but the most ideal way is to convert your bitcoin in a paper money and for sure it easier to buy house.

People, if they want to sell their properties as soon as possible, will consider each and every payment method if it is easy to liquidate, regardless of them being a crypto enthusiast or not. You can even hire a third party that will settle the deal for you in a legal way, where you just get your fiat, possibly minus a certain fee, but that's all negotiable between the buying and selling party. I honestly haven't seen many people actually bring a bag full of cash money with them to buy whatever property, especially if there is no proper way for you to prove that it doesn't concern illegal capital. |

I never buy buy a house with BTC but buy a house from BTC. I exchange my btc to fiat and buy a house. I just bought it last month. Buy house with BTC will be problem in countries that ban cryptos. Buy house need legal statement with BTC no proof accepted by legal authorities. |

I would love to purchase anything with btc. I am working hard that down the line in few years, need to start buying from one to the other. I am sure everyone would like to do it. Need to earn and save bit by bit. Invest them into coins. Sel them when the values are more and gather as much as i can. I am sure this move would support me purchase things. |

Well, but it is hard for the people to accept bitcoin as a type of payment and therefore, no sellers will sell you a house with bitcoin. Bitcoin is a good currency on the internet but it can not be a good currency in the real life. The world is too complicated and the number of people is huge. Because of that fact, bitcoin can not handle a huge number of transactions every day
This is a brilliant idea if ever real estate entrepreneur can jive in with bitcoin transaction. Like me, I would want to buy a house someday but the problem is I don't have enough funds because I always change it into fiat and transfer it to my bank accounts. So it's better if owners are using BTC in dealing their properties like house for it is more convenient and quick process at the same time. All in all,amazing! |

Wow , I don't have idea that this could happen. I thought you could only buy things, goods, foods using bitcoin. Now there are some people that accept it for big properties like car, house and lot. But I think the timing of the transaction is important due to the price's volatility. Imagine if this kind of buy and sell will continue in the future, many people will get interest in cryptocurrency.
It is possible to happen but both buyer and seller must need to agree for accepting bitcoin payments. But I'm not finding it is possible in my country right now because most of the people are not aware of what is bitcoin. Probably when more people will be are adopting bitcoin here, I believe anyone can buy/sell houses for bitcoin payments. |

And a lawyer to make sure that the ownership of the house would be transferred to the buyer.
I hope that one day we could see a successful project about it an online buy and sell with crypto that we could use to buy somethings that we want.

You answered your questions already. As you see, there are so many patronizers of bitcoin who became rich and bought a house by gaining high profits with bitcoin. If it's possible for them, then there's no way we can achieve that, too. |

Never say never. I already know a couple of projects that will sell you a house for BTC And it's not some shady developers selling you CG images, projects are already completed. |

I have heard a lot of people buying properties with Bitcoins like apartments, condo's, houses and any other but they are limited to every country's availability. Of course and we only need a seller that accepts Bitcoin. It's good to hear that someone accepts BTC as a mode of payment but so far I haven't heard of any yet like buying a house with BTC but looking forward to make it happen and hopefully all establishments do. |
