BFL order cancelled and no refund

Today i was logging to see where my order is i have placed it on April 11 2013 so i figured i am getting my gear soon

my order was one upgrade jally and one 25gh SC

So today my order showed as cancelled and it is only showing the jally order and not showing anything about the SC

and i checked my paypal/billmelater and there is no refund in any of the accounts.

Any idea what is going on and what should i do guys?

Well you payed threw paypal, you should follow the instructions in this post to get a refund and forget about the bfl nightmare...

I am all for jumping on the BFL hate bandwagon, but have you tried to call them to resolve the issue?

I opened a thread on BFL and then emily replied back and they have shipped my order and they sent me a tracking number

the order was over 6 months and paypal didn't help i tried.

But hopefully i will receive them in few days.

they sent me a tracking number saying that they shipped and Emily sent me a private message stating that both devices has shipped

i received my package today and it was only the jally and the 25gh has not been delivered.
