This depends on your goals. If you are looking for a quick 10-20 %in next 1-2 weeks, go for it. It recently dropped by that amount and will recover in this time.

Ethereum is working as planned in it's roadmap to improve the blockchain through a series of improvements and forks. One of them Constantinople hard fork is being tested and implemented at current time. On the other hand Litecoin is like an orphan with halted improvements.

Not, it is not the right time at all. It is sad for me to say it but it's truth. Eth is not so stable now and its price is quite lower that it have to be in accordance to the cryptomarket's trends.

I do not think this is a good time to buy ETH. This year, the Cryptocurrency market is unpredictable. Bitcoin and Altcoin are unlikely to increase in value by the end of 2018 (I think). Therefore, this is not a good time to buy ETH because there is no basis to believe that ETH will add value in the near future. I do not want to risk too much. We need to be careful to listen to the situation.

That is true. Currently I am holding some ETH and have thought to sell out, not hoping to buy. I also hope that ETH will increase a bit in October but this is hard. Some experts also predict that another Altcoin will occupy the position of ETH in the Cryptocurrency market in the near future. Is it a factor that reduces the attractiveness ETH for investors? |

Buying Eth now is a good thing because of the price are very low now compared when it is on peak, imagine, the price of Eth was more than $1000 and now nearly $300 . Buy eth now and I know eth will recover again sooner or later.

Newbie here... I've been thinking about buying my first crypto. I think I want to buy ETH, but wondering if I missed the boat already? Primarily I'm choosing ETH because I think there are less foreseeable limitations than BTC, and it seems like ETH is basically accepted everywhere BTC is. Plus its cheaper  Is now a good time to buy it? Should I wait? Etherium price currently is almost its all time low for this year almost 30% only of its all time high of 1.2k$ last yeae plust the fact that china government favor ETH to be used instead of its native NEO coins. imagine how big china market is and this csn help push the ETH price surpass its all time high last year. once everything will put in place. |

I think that now it's silly to say that the best time to buy coins is stupid, who knows what will happen in half a year with the market or in a month, reliably not who does not know this. If there is an opportunity now it is possible to invest in coins, but without fanaticism, because you can lose on this all in a jiffy

The worst that will happen when you invest is that the price will run against you and the next thing to do is to hold. You can hold for as long as the market determined because the money used for the investment was not borrowed and can as well get lost with out any issues, Then you can allow the time to run till the market reverses. |
